Villa Clementine is an old Dubrovnik country house, dating from the 17th century, when it was a summer house of a wealthy Dubrovnik family. It has recently been very tastefully refurbished to keep its authentic style, whilst a beautiful outdoor swimming pool (measuring 7.5 metres by 3.5 metres) has been added to complete the hedonistic character of this amazing villa with fabulous sea views. There is WiFi throughout the villa, and also cable TV. The sumptuous villa comprises 200 square metres of living space and is arranged on three floors. It incorporates an old decommissioned chapel, which is now an elegant country kitchen.

The villa is in a unique, romantic and stunning location, close to the 16th century church in the village centre and adjoining the famous Trsteno botanical gardens, which are full of amazing Mediterranean plants and renaissance fountains. A leisurely walk through the 500 yards of garden paths provides some wonderful vistas. A five minute walk down the ancient village pathways takes you to a small harbour and swimming area.

The villa is an oasis of calm, just fifteen minute drive from Dubrovnik, a vibrant and most beautiful walled city. From the terrace and all the windows there is a breathtaking view of the Adriatic Sea and the charming, unspoilt Elaphite Islands: Sipan, Lopud and Kolocep, a must to visit.
