Overview
This is a peaceful country villa beautifully designed and with all modern comforts and conveniences. It has all the characteristics of an Istrian country house with its façade which is a mixture of old stone and pink rendering, as well as the outdoor, covered staircase, and the architectural arches. The location is great because it offers fresh country air and sea views, but it is within a walking distance from some great beaches and amazingly pretty towns of Labin, Rabac and Opatija. The villa consists of 220 square metres of living space and shares its pool with three similar luxury villas.
This villa is one of a cluster of four villas sharing the pool. The group is made up of four 5-bedroom villas and one 4-bedroom villa which together can sleep up to a maximum of 40 persons. So an ideal group of villas for a larger party or several families wishing to holiday together.
Accommodation
Ground floor
On the ground floor there is an open plan sitting room with a traditional open fireplace and a country kitchen/diner, the whole space united with a lovely terracotta tiled floor. Many large doors and windows let in the light and open out directly onto the garden. There are comfortable smart sofas and an armchairs, and a satellite TV/DVD player. A sofa can be also used as a double bed. The dining table sits ten to twelve people comfortably. The kitchen is fully equipped with a fridge/freezer, cooker and hob, dishwasher, toaster, kettle, microwave, coffee machine, washer-drier and a full set of cooking utensils and tasteful tableware. On this floor is also one twin bedroom and a shower room.
First floor
The first floor comprises of three double bedrooms. Two bedrooms have double beds and one bedroom has twin beds. The main bedroom has a four poster iron bed, a nice comfortable armchair and a built in wardrobe. The bedrooms are spacious and light and have terracotta tile flooring. All the bathrooms are excellent standard and nicely tiled. All the bed linen and plenty of towels are provided.
Outside
The villa is surrounded by a well kept Mediterranean garden with oleander trees, lawn, flowers and scented herbs. A lovely sunbathing area around the pool is provided with sun loungers and umbrellas. The pool is shared with three other villas. There are several covered terraces, the main terrace has a BBQ and an outdoor dining table and chairs. Fabulous sea views open out from the villa and the garden.
