OVERVIEW
For many years, the luxury private Villa Beach Haven has been receiving happy visitors who have enjoyed endless sunshine, the beach in front of the villa, and the luxurious accommodation of 350 square metres. Villa Beach Haven is a high-end, architect-designed villa with a magical, sheltered private garden (2100 square metres) and pool, in a wonderful location just by the sea where you can swim, snorkel and sail. A small road winds along the coast and past the villa. The villa is fully fenced and has a great degree of privacy.
This large villa is located on the largest Croatian island, with the intriguing name of Krk, which is linked with the mainland by a bridge. The closeness of Rijeka and Pula airports, and Zagreb airport, makes it an easy place to reach.
Accommodation
The villa is arranged on two floors. Several wide steps lead up to the house, which has a wraparound terrace, and the entrance into the living room.
Ground floor
A large sitting room is full of light streaming through the glass windows and doors, illuminating the cool white floor, modern fireplace and several seating areas, satellite TV, DVD player, music player. The eat-in kitchen is equipped with everything necessary for gourmet cooking - fridge-freezer, dishwasher, oven and hob, microwave, coffee machine, toaster, electric kettle, cooking utensils, tableware. A round table suitable for eating in the kitchen can accommodate at least six people, and there is a second professional kitchen as well.. Adjoining the kitchen and sitting room is a dining room with a large dining table for up to 12 people. From everywhere there are lovely views of the garden, pool and the sea. A few steps to the outdoor terrace, there is a second large dining table, for outdoor dining.
On this floor there is a bedroom with a double bed and an ensuite shower room.
Washing machine, iron and ironing board and four hair dryers are provided. There is also a safe.
First floor
A beautiful staircase winds up to the first floor. Here you will find three more large double bedrooms, with double beds, good bed linen and towels. All bedrooms have their own ensuite shower rooms. In addition, each bedroom has a sofa to relax. The main bedroom opens out onto the loggia. There is a superb indoor hot tub.
Outside
Luxury villa Beach Haven has a lush, semi-tropical, private garden full of Mediterranean greenery, tropical palms, scented herbs and colourful flowers. The large heart shaped pool is 12 by 4 metres and 2 metres deep. The pool is positioned in the centre of the front garden, with a special "dock" feature in the pool, where you can fit two sun chairs to sunbathe. The pool has eight sunbathing chairs in all and around it are several areas for sitting, enjoying coffee or the island's famous wines. A barbecue on the raised terrace and the outdoor dining table complete the fantastic facilities you can use in this villa.
