This sweet beachside family villa is located right on a pebble beach, ten metres from the sea. The very location shouts "luxury"! It is on the outskirts of a small charming fishing village, a few km from the bustling town of Supetar on the island of Brac. Turn off from the country road down a gravel track, and you will soon get to this unique seaside villa. Inside, the villa is roomy, 180 square metres of living space, and can accommodate up to nine people. In front of the villa is the beach and the lovely Adriatic sea, warm and great to swim and snorkel in. Around the villa are pine trees for shade and wonderful scent of the sea and pines. An amazing extra bonus for this incredible house is that you can bring your boat and moor it in front of the villa! Braci is full of the most charming, authentic fishing villages with harbourside restaurants, famous for water sports, particularly the windsurfing around the town of Bol, well worth visiting. Go to the mainland historic Split and Trogir, Krka river waterfalls, islands of Hvar and  Vis where the film of Abba's Mamma Mia! has recently been made. Enjoy delicious fish and famous herb fed lamb and superb local wines. Make your holiday in Croatia as active or as laid back as you wish...if you just want to go through a pile of books and sip the bubbly dreamily by the sea...this is your perfect choice.

Villa Marina - near Supetar on Brac island

The exterior of the villa has an authentic charm of a seaside cottage, painted in honey sand colour with green shutters, but inside it is turned into a luxury modern holiday home with air conditioning, bathrooms and comfortable beds. Your own mooring is perfect for boaters.

Ground floor

On the ground floor is an open plan living, dining and cooking area. The large kitchen has a dining table that can fit nine people and it is equipped with a cooker, fridge freezer, a dishwasher, microwave, a coffee maker, kettle and toaster, nice plates and glasses and good cooking utensils. The kitchen is connected to the sitting room which has a leather sofa and chairs and a TV/DVD player. On the ground floor is a separate WC and bathroom with a Jacuzzi bath.

Lower ground floor

Stairs down from the living room lead to the cool and spacious bedroom with a double bed, and a sofa bed, so that three people can sleep there if necessary.

First floor

The first floor features two double bedrooms with unparalleled sea views. Each bedroom has its own shower room. These bedrooms can accept and extra bed each, so that maximum three persons can sleep in each bedroom. Also two child cots are provided for no extra charge.

The villa is a detached property standing on its own, in a small pine woodland and directly on the beach. There is just one other small, equally fabulous private villa in the same bay, and it is about 200 metres away. So your villa Marina is very private. Sitting on its terrace, you just see the sea and the beach. There is an incredible feel of space, beach atmosphere and easy living, and yet it is close to all modern amenities, shops and restaurants. This villa is suitable for boaters as it has its own boat mooring, as well as parking for several cars and trailers.

Additional Information

  • Parking for several cars and boat trailers.
  • Two child cots included.
  • Pets allowed on request at extra cost

Mirca on the north side of Brac island is "the village of walls" which were built to protect it in ancient times. It is also a village in two parts: the old village of stone cottages and the more recent village with great villas and holiday homes along the beach. It is a quieter neighbour of a larger town called Supetar, which has supermarkets, numerous restaurants, bars and cafes and is only 3 km away (2 miles). In Mirca you will find lovely sandy and pebbly beaches which are great for family swimming and often have a small beach cafe or a restaurant nearby. The relaxing, low key island life gets only marginally busier in the summer, the emphasis still on resting, cycling, walking along the sea shore, amongst olives, vineyards and pine woods all the way to Supetar (20 min). As an olive growing village, it also has an interesting Olive Museum. In charming old streets there are summer events and art exhibitions. In the small village harbour a place can be found for a small yacht, booking in advance is not possible. For nightlife, children's aqua park and activities go to Supetar.

Getting there. Easy to get to, catch a frequent ferry from Split to Supetar, enjoy the scenic 55 min ride, and take a taxi to Mirca (10 min). Or take your own hire car on the car ferry. We can organise private boat transfers and boat trips.
