Primosten is one of the most charming fishing villages on the Croatian coast. It is composed of little stone houses, nestling together on a promontory, attached to the mainland by a causeway. All around is the lovely sea and beaches. Seven luxury new villas have been built in one of those bays within a stone's throw of the sea. The villas are modern, but built in the local tradition of stone houses, whose glass facades shimmer in the summer sun. Vast glass doors and windows look out onto the blue expanse of the sea, and let in the fantastic Mediterranean light, whilst remaining cool inside due to the efficient air conditioning. The villa has an indoor swimming pool, 16 square metres, which is surrounded by vast glass panels and can open out onto a terrace, so that there is also an outdoor feel to it. An indoor sauna and shower is next to the pool. The villa is beautifully finished inside and has excellent modern furniture and imposing modern paintings. It has great sea views and is just forty metres from the sea. Just a couple of minutes away is a very large, communal infinity pool with a cafe and a bar, which is also for your use.

Villa Blue Diamond - Primosten

Ground floor

The whole of the ground floor of this luxury seaside villa is covered with large sand-coloured Italian tiles, and arranged as an open plan living space, surrounded by large windows. Huge glass panes cover the whole of the front of the villa, so that from all the downstairs areas one can enjoy the sea view. The sitting area is well supplied with quality beige leather sofas, armchairs, elegant modern lighting, paintings and designer furniture. It has a satellite TV/DVD player, WiFi internet access and a sound system. The dining area is defined by an elegant wooden table which can seat 8 people and is supplied by a lovely dinner service, glassware and cutlery. The kitchen has clean, simple lines and an island incorporating a small breakfast bar. All utensils and equipment, such as fridge/freezer, dishwasher, cooker, ceramic hob, microwave and a coffee machine, are provided. Through a large glass wall there is a view from the kitchen into a small, green, landscaped garden outside. From the living room space a whole glass wall opens out onto a sunbathing terrace where there is modern rattan outdoor furniture, and sun loungers for relaxing and dining. It is a stunning outdoor area, so close to the sea.

First floor

A beautiful, bespoke wooden staircase leads onto the first floor hallway, from which you can see the downstairs area. The hallway leads to three lovely en-suite double bedrooms, with soft carpets, built-in wardrobes and stunning sea views. Two of the bedrooms have double beds and the third bedroom has twin beds. The bathrooms are exquisitely decorated with excellent tiles and bathroom furniture, and also have great sea views! All bed linen and towels are top quality and in plentiful supply.

The villa sits on a 500 square metre plot. The major part of the outdoors is dedicated to a stone tiled terrace with direct views of the sea, which is just a few metres away. The terrace is supplied with high quality garden furniture, rattan sun loungers and a dining table near the barbecue.

Primosten peninsula
Primosten is one of the most popular tourist resorts in Dalmatia and ranks among the most picturesque small towns on the Adriatic. The town is set on a small conical peninsula, and the old stone houses are packed tightly along the narrow streets that wind their way to the very heart of the town. After dark the town is buzzing with activity as tourist throng to the many restaurants and the Aurora discotheque, considered to be the largest in Dalmatia. The off-lying islands are most interesting. Excursions are regularly organised to Krapanj, where traditionally the inhabitants have been sponge divers. Today you can visit The Museum of Sponge Collecting. Zlarin is a small and delightful island with a population of 300 and a history extending back to the pre-Roman era. Traditionally inhabitants of Zlarin were coral divers. The famous local red wine, Babic, is first class and should definitely be sampled.

Split Airport

Split Airport is located to the west of Split close to the town of Trogir. It is 20 minutes drive from the airport to the ferry port in Split.
