OVERVIEW
This luxury private family villa near Makarska is the optimal choice for an all year round holiday. The indoor/outdoor pool is heated and a large glass door opens to a fantastic sea view terrace. You are only 100 metres from the beach and there is a good selection of restaurants in walking distance from the villa. There is a ferry from nearby Drvenik to Sucuraj on Hvar Island, and we can only recommend a day trip to this beautiful island. Further south the new Pelješac Bridge was opened in July 2022 which connects the mainland with the Peljesac peninsula. Rugged wild and off the beaten track with glorious beaches, great history, and fabulous wine … that is what comes to mind when thinking of this enchanting region in southern Dalmatia.
Luxury Villa Firefly with pool is only 4 Kilometres from the Bubamara Klub which offers water based outdoor activities abound. And for the keen hiker we suggest to walk up to Stara Podaca, an old church dating back to Roman times. The view is amazing and worth the effort.
ACCOMMODATION
Luxury Villa Firefly with heated pool spreads over three floors and is built on a slope with fabulous views of the Adriatic Sea.
Ground floor
The wellness area with indoor/outdoor pool, pool shower and sauna is located on the ground floor.
First floor
Stairs are leading from the gated property entrance to the villa entrance on the first floor. A spacious open plan living area with large sliding doors connects the inside with the fabulous furnished sea view terrace. The stylish living area has comfortable sofas and armchairs, a TV and a modern fireplace, and the attractive kitchen and dining area combines a modern look with warm wooden tones and again opens to a fantastic sea view. Imagine yourself cooking with delicious local products for your family and friends … the modern kitchen is fully equipped with oven, hob, microwave, dishwasher, coffeemaker, tableware and kitchen utensils, to do just that. And if you rather fancy a BBQ, the barbecue and dining area is just outside on the same level. There is also a guest toilet, and washing machine and iron and ironing board are at your disposal.
A double bedroom with king-size bed (200 x 200 cm) and ensuite bathroom is also on this floor. Bedlinen and towels are provided.
Second floor
Three further double bedrooms with king-size beds (200 x 200 cm) and ensuite bathrooms are on the second floor. All bathrooms are fitted to the highest standard. Bedlinen and towels are provided.
OUTSIDE
The heated indoor/outdoor pool (32 sqm) is on ground floor level and is surrounded by a large tiled terrace. Sun loungers and garden chairs are provided. The outside area is beautifully designed with planted terraces and natural stone walls. There is parking for 2 cars. The beach is just 100 metres away.
