Overview
Luxury Villa Sundance is surrounded by green Mediterranean pines at one end, and a few metres from the sea at the other. From the garden and the house there are stunning sea views. The house is arranged as 3 luxury apartments rented as one villa. It comprises 400 square metres of living space in 500 square meters of Mediterranean garden. This villa is very luxurious, relaxing and stylish and is in a perfect location for a restful but adventurous holiday.
It offers a boat mooring for a 12 metre boat. A ten minute walk takes you to the centre of the charming town of Primosten, which is composed of little stone houses nestling together on a promontory, attached to the mainland by a causeway. Primosten is full of lovely sandy or pebbly beaches, restaurants, shops, seaside cafes and bars. All kinds of water sports are on offer. Walk along the pretty seaside promenade and enjoy the sunny day. Excellent day trips are at your doorstep - visit the stunning towns of Sibenik, Trogir and Split, the National Parks of Krka and Kornati Islands.
Islands Brac and Hvar are also easy to get to, these are among the most beautiful islands in the world. Families with small children will find plenty of amusement for them and teenagers will have a great time blending in with the local cafe society, and excellent entertainment programmes. There is fascinating culture and history to explore, a great choice of a luxury holiday for all.

Ground floor Suite 1 (120 sqm)
The ground floor provides a spacious sitting area for a large group of people to sit together. It comprises a big, elegant and airy living room, kitchen and one double bedroom with a bathroom. The sitting room has a large L-shaped sofa and a couple of armchairs, a TV, and stunning archways opening out directly onto the pool terrace, so you can see the sea from the living room. The kitchen is equipped with an oven, fridge, freezer, dishwasher, hob, microwave, coffee machine, electric kettle, toaster, wine cooler, cooking utensils and new tableware. An amazing sunbathing terrace is outside and you have direct access to the swimming pool, and outdoor dining areas. The ground floor bedroom has a new super king size bed, wardrobe, great lighting, bed linen and towels. The laundry provides a washing machine, tumble dryer, iron, ironing board for the whole house.
First floor Suite 2 (140 sqm)
On the first floor are three bedrooms which share their own sitting room and a kitchen which is fully equipped as a main kitchen. Each bedroom has a large double bed, a shower room and hair dryer. The suite opens up to a terrace (90 sqm) with a beautiful sea view, table seating for 10 and lounge set . All bedrooms have wardrobes, one bedroom has a super king size bed ( 180 x 200 cm) and the other two have king size beds (160 x 200 cm).
First floor Suite 3 (170 sqm)
The first floor has another 3 double bedrooms with own kitchen and sitting room. Each bedroom has a shower room, and the suite also has a cosy living room and kitchen which is fully equipped. All bedrooms have wardrobes, one bedroom has a super king size bed ( 180 x 200 cm) and the other two have king size beds (160 x 200 cm). The suite opens up to a terrace (25 sqm) with a beautiful sea view and lounge set.
Outside
Luxury villa Sundance has a most stunning outdoor area, so many places to sit on the exquisite outdoor furniture and just enjoying the fresh scent of pines and sea with your morning coffee. In front of the living room is the private heated swimming pool ( 6 by 4 metres) which is surrounded by sumptuous sun beds, seating and parasols. Both the ground floor terrace and the first floor balconies and terraces have fabulous, relaxing furniture and sea views. Pool towels are provided. An outdoor barbecue and a large dining table for all the guests complete your amazing Mediterranean experience.
