OVERVIEW
Luxury villa Saltina is a large villa with a heated infinity pool and hot tub in Dubrovnik region, consisting of four luxury apartments each accommodating four persons in two double en-suite bedrooms. In total this excellent private villa with pool to rent and with sea view accommodates 16 people plus 4 extra people in additional beds on request. The four apartments spread over 500 square metres living area and are all rented together as one villa rental. The plot measures just under 1000 square metres.
The view from this luxury holiday home is stunning, looking out at the sea and wonderful pebbly and sandy beaches nearby. There is air conditioning throughout the villa, WiFi, private parking for 4 cars, four kitchens, eight double bedrooms, eight bathrooms with showers and two extra toilets, two hot-tub and a heated pool.
A dedicated villa manager and a concierge are included in the price and also breakfast for all the guests. The panoramic sea views at this exceptional family villa with pool will keep you on the terraces for a very long time with a book and coffee in the morning, or a glass of bubbly at the magnificent sunset to be enjoyed together with your friends and family.
Should you wish to enjoy a meal out with your group, all you need to do is to step down 15 steps where there is a restaurant just below the villa. This large villa is a separate annexe of a boutique hotel and has a completely separate entrance to it and its own pool. You are welcome to use the wellness facility of the hotel and the gym free of charge.
Twenty minutes' drive east will bring you to the unforgettable Old Dubrovnik, with its summer shows, ancient palazzos, cosy town squares, beaches, shops, bars and restaurants, not to be missed. Turn westwards, and you will enter the unspoilt charm of the Peljesac peninsula with its sandy beaches, oyster beds, famous wineries and olive groves.
This area produces among the best red Croatian wines and oysters. Gourmet restaurants of Mali Ston and Ston are also a must if you are a seafood fan. Your Dubrovnik luxury holiday villa adopted the name from the great local tradition and the source of wealth in the past - salt was harvested here and sold all over the world in the Middle Ages. You can visit Ston town (30km) and its salt pans, and walk the walls.

Ground floor with two apartments
Apartments One and Two have two large dining tables which can be placed together for the whole group to dine together.
Apartment One
On the ground floor of the villa, a hallway leads to a smart, stylish sitting room with an L-shaped designer sofa, a TV, kitchen, dining area for 4 people, and two elegant and cosy double bedrooms with en-suite showers, towels and quality bed linen. Outside of the sitting area is the heated pool with sun loungers and the sunbathing terrace to which the guests have direct and exclusive access.
Apartment Two
A mirror-image, second ground floor apartment also has its own sitting room with TV, kitchen, dining area for 4 people, and two double bedrooms with king size beds, with en-suite shower rooms. There is direct exclusive access to the pool terrace.

Apartment Three
Indoor steps lead to the two upstairs apartments which have an outdoor terrace each and a private Jacuzzi on each terrace. Each apartment has two great bedrooms with fantastic views and en-suite showers. Each apartment has a sleek well furnished sitting room with TV, kitchen, dining area for 4 people, and two smart double bedrooms with en-suite shower rooms.
Apartment Four
The two bedroom Apartment Four shares the same features with the Apartment Three, with two double bedrooms en-suite, living and kitchen area and a terrace with an outdoor Jacuzzi.
All apartments are fully air conditioned. Each kitchen is kitted out with a fridge, freezer, dishwasher, cooker, hob, microwave, coffeemaker, ice maker, toaster, kettle, espresso coffee maker, cooking utensils and tableware. The apartments have free use of the nearby wellness area which has a sauna and a gym, with an additional toilet.
OUTSIDE
Outside the two ground floor apartments there is a heated infinity pool exclusively for you, surrounded by sun loungers and outdoor dining furniture. The pool and terrace have full panoramic sea views. Pool towels are provided. The upstairs apartments have large terraces/balconies with hot tubs, where they can enjoy relaxing views of the wonderful sea and the islands. there is private parking for 4 cars.
