OVERVIEW

Villa Isolde was built in 2020/2021 and represents ultimate luxury in Hvar town. The fame of Hvar is world-wide, due to its fascinating beauty and an amazingly reliable Mediterranean climate. Hvar is the place of the most sunny days in the whole of Croatia and is a favourite with royalty and the Hollywood set.  Villa Isolde comprises 361 square metres of living space and a 500 square metres plot, close to the seaside path that leads to the old town centre and 20 metres away from the sea where you can swim in clear and warm emerald water. This luxury Hvar villa has 5 double bedrooms and 6 amazing bathrooms, a private, heated infinity pool with sea view, fitness room, wellness, sauna and its own boat mooring. The beach is 20 metres away and reached by a footpath and steps. In the house all modern facilities are included: WiFi, underfloor heating, air conditioning throughout, parking, super-king size beds, sumptuous bed linen and a well equipped kitchen. The heated infinity pool and the barbecue area close to the outdoor dining table under a shaded pergola are perfect entertainment spots. The villa is in an area of Hvar which is peaceful and exclusive but not far from all the fun. Within 10 to 15 minutes' walk you reach the Old Town square and its restaurants, cafes, bars, the medieval church and the ancient theatre, among the firts ever in Europe. The lively Riva (harbour) has a wide walkway fringed with tal palms and cocktail bars along the harbour front. Villa Isolde in Hvar is simply the best.

ACCOMMODATION

Ground floor

The ground floor comprises a very elegant and calming living quarters, with green and aqua colour scheme. An extra green element is in the hallway which has a mass of plants growing by the internal staircase.

The whole area is covered with cream stone tiles with several pale turquoise sofas, coffee tables, armchairs and designer lightning. There is also a TV and a specially designed cocktail bar which divides the dining and sitting areas.  This will be the focus of entertaining for your family and friends. The dining table can sit 10 people and the gourmet kitchen is equipped with a large fridge/freezer, cooker, hob, dishwasher, microwave, electric kettle, toaster, coffee machine, extensive cookware and elegant tableware.

The master bedroom on the ground floor has sea view. It is luxuriously furnished with a super- king size double bed, a private bathroom with a bath tub, TV, private terrace and a dressing room. The green colour scheme with magical wallpaper and a comfortable double bed with muslin drapes is very relaxing.

First floor

A modern staircase leads from the hallway to the first floor comprising four further double bedrooms with super king-size double beds, en-suite bathrooms, walk in wardrobes, private safes and TV sets. They have sea views and private balconies with top quality balcony sofas and armchairs to enjoy those magnificent sea views in comfort. Bedlinen and towels of the highest quality are provided and changed on request.

OUTSIDE

Luxury villa Isolde has a walled garden with heated infinity pool, a very large sunbathing and entertaining terrace with sun loungers and Mediterranean plants. You can see the sea from the garden and pool area. Around the pool are the pool shower, 10 sun beds and pool towels. In the garden there is a shady pergola with outdoor sofas to relax in, a barbecue, an outdoor gym, wellness and massage room and a sauna. A pathway leads directly from the villa down steps to the beach.  Swim in the refreshing crystal clear Adriatic or gaze at the view from the infinity pool. The choice is yours.

• Private chef for everyday lunch and dinner on request, at extra cost. Please note, this option includes one free dinner and has to be booked at least one month prior to arrival. Full day table service and cleaning has to be booked extra.
• Additional services, such as private chef, butler service, catering, babysitting, massage, bicycle rental, tennis court bookings, etc, can be arranged on request at extra cost. A minimum deposit of 1500 euro to cover these additional services is payable 2 weeks prior to arrival, any unused amount is returned after departure. The owner reserves the right to increase the deposit depending on your additional service requests.
• Airport transfer and daily island cruises with the owner's Sea Ray 45 boat can be arranged on request, at extra cost

• Young groups admitted on request. A higher refundable damage deposit might be required.
