With 10 double bedrooms, this is truly a large private villa with pool with enough space for a large group of up to 20 people. The summer kitchen with bar and covered dining area is a fantastic place to socialise and there are many terraces where you can sunbathe and watch the ever changing scenery with boats and yachts sailing the blue sea right in-front of your private luxury villa with pool in Croatia.
Hvar Town with its 700 year old city walls and Italianate medieval architecture is a lovely place to spend the day. Walk the narrow streets lined with old houses or watch the grand yachts in the pretty little harbour. The 'Carpe Diem' nightclub in the harbour serves cocktails and champagne till the small hours in the morning and is recommended by seasoned party goers. The island of Hvar is with an average of 7.7 hours of sunshine per day the sunniest island in the Adriatic and a place well worth exploring. The interior of Hvar has large wild lavender fields, olive groves and vineyards, and fine pebble beaches line the coast on the southwest side of the island. Hvar has an array of outdoor activities on offer, such as swimming, sailing, water-skiing, windsurfing, caving, scuba-diving and cycling to name just a few, and a boat excursion to the Pakleni Islands should definitely be on your list.

Luxury Hvar Villa Orlando with heated pool has an impressive living space of 350 m² spread over four floors.
Ground floor
The bright and light-flooded entrance hall leads into a spacious living and dining area with a welcoming ambience. White and subtle warm tones freshened up with vibrant décor elements and the amazing sea view exude comfort and well-being. The fully equipped kitchen with induction hob, oven, dishwasher, fridge/freezer, coffee machine, and table ware and kitchen utensils has everything you need to cook a delicious meal from local products.
There are two ensuite bedrooms with double bed and ensuite shower. The larger bedroom has 20 m² of space and the smaller one 12 m².
Lower ground floor
The double bedroom on the lower ground floor has a bathroom with bathtub.
First floor
Stairs lead from the entrance hall to the first floor. The first floor landing is beautifully decorated with mirrors, sea grass baskets, an armchair and a pretty floor lamp. There are three double bedrooms with ensuite shower. A further double bedroom has an adjoining double bedroom and a shower room, well suited for a family with small children.
Second floor
Two large bedrooms with ensuite shower are on the second floor. Both rooms have their own private balcony with breath-taking views over the sea and the surroundings of the villa.
All bedrooms are individually styled and have TV and air conditioning. Excellent bedlinen and towels are provided.
OUTSIDE
The view from the 35 m² heated infinity pool and the terraces and balconies is just divine! There is ample of space for a large group to get together and the lower terrace has a hammock for those times when you rather prefer to be on your own. You will love to spend the evenings by the bar or come together over a meal cooked on the barbecue in the summer kitchen. A gate at the end of the garden leads to the beach below the villa. Secured private parking is provided approx. 50 metres away from the villa.
