OVERVIEW
Villa Brela Albus is located in the hills above Brela, a small tourist town on the Makarska Riviera. The villa offers 270 m² of living space over three floors and from every room you have the most stunning views of the Adriatic Sea and the islands. The 60km long Makarska Riviera stretches between the towns of Brela and Gradac and has numerous beautiful beaches, bays, and crystal clear water and pine tree forests. The well-known beaches of Punta Rate and Podrace are along the coast near Brela and watersports and many other activities are on offer. Villa Brela Albus is a good venture point for a day trip to the Biokovo Nature Park or the Krka National Park, a nature reserve with waterfalls and castles. Not to miss are island hopping tours and white water rafting on the Cetina River for the adventurous amongst you.
Villa Brela Albus and the neighbouring Villa Brela Cignus can be rented together and will sleep up to 16 guests.
ACCOMMODATION
Villa Brela Albus is fully air-conditioned and has a total living space of 270m² spread over three floors with an underground garage. Alltogether the villa has 3 double bedrooms and 1 additional double sofa bed and sleeps 6+2 guests.
Ground floor
The ground floor can be accessed either from the back yard or via an internal staircase from the underground garage.
The bright and airy open plan living space with large sliding glass walls opens to the pool terrace with magnificent sea views - quite an entrance! Comfortable sofas and a large TV in the living area are so inviting to relax after an activity filled day. The views are second to none and you will enjoy to unwind with a glass of wine either inside or outside next to the pool. There is WiFi throughout. The modern kitchen/dining area is fully equipped with oven, hob, dishwasher, fridge/freezer, microwave, toaster and an Expresso coffee machine, as well as a dining table with chairs.
The guest toilet is also on the ground floor and a washing machine, dryer, iron, ironing board, hair dryer and safe are at your disposal.
First floor
Two ensuite bedrooms with king-size double beds, wardrobe and shower have large windows to enjoy the beautiful sea view. Bedlinen and towels are provided.
Second floor
The spacious ensuite master bedroom on the second floor has also a king-size double bed, wardrobe, and in addition a TV and access to its own private balcony with seating and sun lounger. What a place to enjoy the beautiful sunsets over the Adriatic Sea.
OUTSIDE
Step outside from the living area onto the beautiful sun bathing/pool terrace. The heated infinity pool has a decent size (31.5m²) and is surrounded by sun loungers to enjoy the magnificent views of the sea. A mobile, electric barbecue is at your disposal. The terraced garden is planted with Mediterranean greenery and there are parking spaces in the garage and the outside gated parking area behind the villa.
