OVERVIEW
Quiet luxury villa with heated pool on the island of Pag, a really fantastic and interesting island which looks like a barren moonscape on one side, and the other side has a wooded pine lined coastline with fantastic sandy beaches and pretty villages. The island is connected with the mainland via a bridge and is very easy to get to from Rijeka, Zagreb, Zadar and Split. The island is famous for Pag lace, delicious Pag sheep cheese and Pag salt. These were the sources of wealth on the island in the past, and now make great presents to take home. Life on Pag is less hectic than on the famous party island of Hvar, or Dubrovnik and Split. You can be sure that a family holiday on Pag will be interesting and exciting with water sports, swimming, snorkelling and boating, day trips to Zadar and Krka River National Park, Kornati islands and visiting local markets and small museums and galleries. From spring to autumn there are village fetes, festivals, outdoor concerts and shows, and local restaurants offer healthy and delicious Mediterranean food. If you are a party goer, just 18min away by car is the famous Zrce beach, which hosts music festivals and world famous DJs.
Luxury private family Villa Beverly with pool is a secluded place on raised ground, overlooking the green countryside and the stunning blue sea of Pag Island. This private holiday home spreads over 280 square metres living area and has a luscious garden of 920 square metres with palm trees and Mediterranean flora. ACCOMMODATION
Ground floor
The impressive living room has a huge tall glass wall towards the sea, large white floor tiles and modern furniture, a L-shaped leather sofa, many works of art on the white walls, Samsung plasma TV, Hi Fi, a Bose sound surround system, stunning lighting and a stylish modern kitchen at one end, whilst a glass wall separates a walk-in wine bar which has a selection of excellent Croatian wines. The kitchen has Bosch appliances and is equipped with a fridge/freezer, dishwasher, oven, hob, microwave, kettle, toaster, coffee maker, cookware and pretty table ware. The dining table in the kitchen sits six people.
A guest toilet and a laundry room with a washing machine, tumble dryer, iron and ironing board are also on the ground floor.
First floor
On the mezzanine/first floor there are two double bedrooms, each with a super king size double bed, ensuite shower room and a private terrace overlooking the countryside.
Second floor
The second floor comprises a master bedroom with super-king size double bed, a walk-in shower room and a dressing room/walk-in wardrobe. This gorgeous bedroom has a private terrace with a stunning view. This floor has a glass-walled gym, with a large sofa bed, which can double up as an accessory bedroom. The view is phenomenal, whether you are exercising or sleeping.
OUTSIDE
The stunning part of the garden in luxury villa Beverley is its enormous heated pool, measuring 12.5 by 5.5 metres. On the sunbathing terrace are six sun loungers and swing seats, a whirlpool and a pool shower. Magic LED garden lights create a fairy tale atmosphere in the evening, and you will enjoy your chilled Croatian white wine or sundown cocktails whilst socialising around the barbecue. There is a proper, fully equipped covered summer kitchen with a sink, fridge and an outdoor dining table. Then there are stylish outdoor sofas around a proper bar with outdoor bar stools.
