OVERVIEW
The central, ground floor Dubrovnik Apartment Ivy is located in a choice position and just about 12 minutes' walk downhill to the Old Town of Dubrovnik. Whether you are into outdoor activities, water sports, food or history, Dubrovnik and surroundings offer everything you could wish for. The Old Town of Dubrovnik has a wealth of historic architecture such as the Walls of Dubrovnik, Rector's Palace and The Franciscan Church and Monastery to name but a few. An absolute must is a ride with the cable car to the top of Srdj Hill from where you have the most beautiful view over Dubrovnik, the sea and numerous islands. We highly recommend an island tour exploring the beauty and hidden places along the Adriatic coast.
Food lovers will be spoilt for choice with so many restaurants, cafes and bars in walking distance of Apartment Ivy. And for the active among you there is a host of activities on offer, such as kayaking, speed boat tours, bike tours, snorkelling, scuba diving, and of course swimming in the crystal clear sea.
If you are travelling with a larger group of family and friends Apartment Ivy can be rented together with Apartment Dahlia, Villa Fresco and Villa Absolute Dubrovnik, all within a radius of approx 150 metres. All properties together can accommodate up to 28 guests.
Dubrovnik Apartment Ivy is on the ground floor of a private, residential villa with own garden and terrace area where you can enjoy dining together around the BBQ.
ACCOMMODATION
This beautiful central Dubrovnik apartment for four people is located on the ground floor and has an open plan living area comprising a comfortable lounge with TV and HiFi music system, free WiFi, and a kitchen/dining area with a dining table and chairs for four guests. The kitchen is fully equipped with oven, hob, fridge/freezer, microwave, coffee maker, toaster, kitchen utensils and tableware. The air conditioning unit in the living room cools the whole apartment.
There are two bedrooms, one double and one twin, which share the bathroom with shower. Towels and bedlinen are provided, and also a washing machine, iron and ironing board are at your disposal.
OUTSIDE
After a day out and about you will love to come back to your spacious, relaxing apartment, enjoying the lovely outdoor garden to unwind. The garden is substantial for central Dubrovnik and consists of well stocked Mediterranean flowerbeds wrapping around a large, tiled terrace. The terrace is equipped with a dining table and chairs, sun umbrella and BBQ. Beautiful flower beds and potted plants create a lush green oasis to let the world go by.
Parking is in the public garage within 3-4 minutes from the apartment and has to be paid for at the car park. But being in such a prime location there is actually no need for a car. Many places can be reached on foot and taxis are readily available, which you might prefer to take on your way back from the Old Town as the apartment is up the hill. There is also a bus stop in about 100 metres from the apartment.
