OVERVIEW

This spacious, luxury, new, two-bedroom, one-bathroom apartment for rent is located in a quiet area of Lapad, the beach paradise of Dubrovnik town, and just 15 minutes’ walk to the Old Town and all its famous attractions. You can walk to the Old Town, take a bus or a very reasonably priced taxi or Uber, and soon find yourself among the centuries-old, perfectly preserved stone mansions that once belonged to Dubrovnik nobility.

The apartment sleeps four people in fixed beds: one standard double and one convertible double, which can be converted into two single beds. There is also a sofa-bed in the living room, which can sleep an extra 2 people (at an extra charge). This is a pet-loving apartment and you can bring your dog (extra charge). There is also underfloor heating for cooler months, Wi-Fi, cable TV and air conditioning. This lovely two-bedroom apartment for rent is close to many beaches and the nearest one is the beautiful Bellevue Beach, which is about 650 metres away and very relaxing and clean. To get to it, you have to descend quite a few steps, but everybody says it’s worth it!

Good food, excellent local wines (dingach and poship), classical, jazz and pop music are the lifeblood of Dubrovnik city. So many cultural events are held, the most famous of which is the two-month long Dubrovnik Summer Plays Festival in July and August. Beautiful old churches host free concerts - just walk in, take a seat and enjoy. Stay in the gorgeous apartment Lambada and explore the Copacabana beach and Bellevue beach. Sunset beach is also very popular, partly sandy and partly pebbly. Adriatic Beach and Vis Beach are particularly good for little ones, with inflatable toys that will keep your children happy.  There are also plenty of outdoor activities and water sports on offer, such as scuba diving, doughnut and banana rides, paddleboarding, kayaking, water-skiing and jet-skiing, wakeboarding and all water sports in general.

ACCOMMODATION

The apartment is modern and cool with smart, new wood flooring throughout. Enter the hallway leading to a living room with kitchen, equipped with dishwasher, fridge-freezer, cooker, coffee maker, toaster, good cooking utensils and tableware. There is a dining table for 6 people to sit comfortably.

Off the sitting room is a double bedroom and further down the hallway is a second bedroom. There is also a bathroom with a shower. The main bedroom opens up from the living room and shares a powerful air conditioning unit, and the second bedroom has a separate air conditioning unit. Both bedrooms have double beds and one of the beds can be separated into two singles and has a small desk. The bathroom is clean and modern and in a separate alcove there is a washing machine.

In the sitting area a large blue L-shaped sofa provides good seating for four people and faces a large TV with cable. Through the picture windows, you will enjoy a beautiful view of the sea, pine trees and the red roofs of the Mediterranean houses. In the apartment you will also find a washing machine, hairdryer, iron and ironing board, and a clothes-drying rack. There is direct access to a wonderful balcony with views of the sea and nearby islands.

OUTSIDE

This lovely apartment to rent has a balcony that is accessed from the sitting room and has a two-seater sofa with a coffee table and also two armchairs. Great for the morning coffee or for a pre-dinner drink after an active day swimming and sightseeing.

A very useful feature is your private parking space in the garage of the hotel.
