OVERVIEW

Dubrovnik Old Town Apartment is located in one of Dubrovnik’s narrow streets in the heart of the Old Town. The charming, duplex apartment has been renovated to a high standard and is a perfect place to get to know the Old Town, its unique architecture, history, fabulous restaurants and many beaches, all on foot! It comprises two bedrooms (one double with a king-sized bed and one twin room with two single beds), a living room with a kitchen and a sitting area, a bathroom. Air conditioning and WiFi are included. You are close to the main city promenade called Stradun, the cathedral, galleries, multiple restaurants and outdoor cafes by the sea. Less than half a mile (650 metres) from this Dubrovnik apartment for rent is the exclusive town beach called Banje, where you can rent sunbeds, towels and enjoy cocktails and snacks. This sandy/pebbly beach is in the middle of the most elite part of town and there is a gorgeous view of one of the city fortresses and Old Dubrovnik from the Banje beach. Here you can enjoy your morning coffee or a cocktail at sunset, finishing off the evening in one of the great local restaurants, such as Proto, Nautika, Dubrovnik and many others. But cheaper and child friendly places also exist all over the town, with pizzas, pasta, grills and lots of ice cream! The adults should not miss the lovely Buza “beach” which is a large slab of rock with a cocktail bar, and the only way to reach it through a hole in the city wall. The swimming is good there, in deep water. We also recommend a trip up in the cable car where you will find a lovely and simple restaurant with a view to die for. If you are staying longer, make a day trip to the local islands called Elafites, where local fishermen still repair their nets and life is in the slow lane.

ACCOMMODATION

This duplex apartment occupies the second floor of the building and the attic. There are 25 steps to the front door of the apartment. On entry, you will find one double bedroom and one twin bedroom. The main living area is in the spacious attic, where there is a bathroom, living room, dining area, a fully equipped kitchen with microwave, oven, fridge, kettle, toaster, coffee machine and dishwasher. Amenities include: SAT TV, HI-FI sound system, hair dryer, iron, ironing board, safe deposit box, Wireless Internet, Air Conditioning (both bedrooms and living room), full kitchen and a washing machine. This apartment does not have a parking place.

First level

One double bedroom and one twin bedroom are located on the first floor, both with cosy beds and additional seating. Bedlinen and bath towels are provided.

Attic

An indoor staircase leads to the top floor open plan sitting and dining area with the kitchen. There is an L-shaped sofa, two footrests, and a satellite flat screen TV, and a dining areawith a dining table, intended for 5 people. The sofa can sleep two extra guests. The adjacent kitchen area has everything you need - it is equipped with electric cooker, fridge/freezer, dishwasher, microwave, electric kettle, toaster, coffee machine, tea pot, all cooking utensils and table ware. This floor also has a bathroom with a washing machine.
