OVERVIEW

If you are looking for a place to stay for a city break or even exploring the beautiful Elaphite islands then look no further, this modern Dubrovnik apartment is just the place for you. The Old Town of Dubrovnik is only a short walk from the apartment with many great restaurants and cafes to savour delicious Croatian food. Banje Beach is also in walking distance and from the Old Town Port you get a regular boat connection to Lokrum Island.

 

Dubrovnik itself is steeped in history and you won't be short of things to see and do. Walk the Old Town walls or visit one of the exhibitions during the Summer Festival in the Sponza Palace, stroll along 'Stradun' connecting the Pile and the Ploce Gate and sit outside of one of the cafes or ice cream parlours. Taking the cable car up to Mount Srd rewards you with the best views across the Old Town and the Adriatic Sea. Maybe you even want to take the 'Game of Thrones' tour which takes you to the popular filming locations or visit on of the wineries on the beautiful Peljesac peninsula. And whilst you are there why not take a boat exploring the Elaphite islands? After a day full of activities you will love to come back to your apartment and watch the sun going down over the Old Town.

ACCOMMODATION

This air conditioned loft apartment has a beautiful open plan living area with access to a nicely furnished balcony with the most striking view over the Old Town and the Adriatic Sea. In one corner od the open plan space there is a work desk and a sofa bed for one. The apartment has satellite TV and free WiFi connection, a dining area for 5 people and a fully equipped kitchen with oven, hob, microwave, dishwasher, fridge/freezer, coffee maker, toaster, table ware and kitchen utensils. There is also a washing machine and an iron at your disposal.

 

The two double bedrooms have built in furniture with ample wardrobe space and comfortable double beds. Each bedroom has an ensuite bathroom with shower. There is also an additional third shower room. Bedlinen and towels are provided.

OUTSIDE

Step outside on the balcony and enjoy the breath-taking views over the Old Town toward Lokrum Island and the Adriatic Sea. You can park your car in the public car park, which is approx 1 km from the apartment.

Dubrovnik Airport

Dubrovnik Airport is located near the town of Cavtat 19km to the south of Dubrovnik. There are direct flights to Dubrovnik from most European countries and from Philadelphia in the USA.

 

There are bus and taxi services into Dubrovnik centre. A taxi transfer can be expected to cost around 35 to 40 euro one way depending on the time of day and the season and a minibus around 50-60 euros.   A shuttle bus service from the airport to Dubrovnik is 7.5 euro per person each way.
