OVERVIEW

ACCOMMODATION

The apartment is light and sunny, comprising a bright hallway, two double bedrooms with ensuite bathrooms and an extra WC, a living room with sofas and TV, a well-equipped kitchen with a dining table for four people. The kitchen is supplied with a fridge, freezer, oven, hob, dishwasher, toaster, coffee maker, cooking utensils and dinnerware. In addition, there is a washing machine, hair drier, iron and ironing board.

The bedrooms are furnished with super-king size, comfortable beds (200cm by 200cm) and the bathrooms have showers, stylish tiling and bathroom furniture. Towels are provided. All rooms are on the ground floor.

OUTSIDE

The outdoor sunbathing terrace belonging to the ground floor only is a definite selling point of this luxury Dubrovnik apartment for rent. A lovely hot tub is there for your exclusive use and you can sunbathe with a book or your favourite drink, mesmerised and completely happy all day.

- There are around 50 steps up to the apartment from the road. 

- Whilst guests have exclusive use of the terrace, the small space between the apartment and the terrace is not private and is accessible to other people.
