OVERVIEW
Luxury Villa Beach View Korcula sits in an elevated position with lovely views toward the sea and Lumbarda marina. The luxury villa with pool comprises 2 two bedroom apartments and is ideal for two families travelling together. It offers plenty of communal outdoor space and at the same time a refuge for me time with your own family.
A short 15 minutes' walk and you are right at the sea, and a further 5 minutes' along the promenade and you are at the Lumbarda marina with its beautiful yachts and fishing boats bobbing in the blue Adriatic Sea. Korcula town is just an 8 minutes' drive away and is one of the most picturesque historic towns in Croatia. Discover the town with its narrow alleyways and beautiful town squares and enjoy excellent food and wine in one of the numerous restaurants and bars.
Korcula Island is well connected with the mainland via ferry from Korcula town to Orebic on the Peljesac peninsula (only a 15 minutes' ferry crossing). This would make for a fabulous day trip to Dubrovnik or a more relaxing tour visiting some fantastic wineries and beaches on the Peljesac peninsula.
ACCOMMODATION
The villa comprises two fully air conditioned apartments with WiFi throughout and can sleep eight adults and four children up to the age of ? And the well-equipped fitness room keeps everyone active.
Ground floor apartment
The apartment on the ground floor consists of a stylish open plan living area with TV, and a large elegant corner sofa which sleeps a maximum of two children. Clear lines and a few exquisite décor elements impart a modern yet cosy feel. Large glass doors are opening to the furnished ground floor terrace with Jacuzzi and lovely views of the sea and Lumbarda marina. The dining table can sit up to six guests and the kitchen is fully equipped with oven, hob, dishwasher, fridge/freezer, microwave, coffee maker, toaster, and tableware and kitchen utensils. There is also a breakfast bar with two bar stools.
The two spacious double bedrooms have large comfortable double beds and direct access to the balcony. Both bedrooms have their own bathroom with walk-in shower. Bedlinen and towels are provided. In addition there is also a separate guest toilet.
First floor apartment
The apartment on the first floor is of a similar set up. The lounge benefits from a beautiful fireplace and has access to a large balcony with stunning views of the sea and Lumbarda marina.
There are also two double bedrooms with bathrooms and a separate guest toilet.
OUTSIDE
A few steps lead from the ground floor terrace with Jacuzzi to the lower level pool terrace. The large pool is surrounded by a tiled sunbathing terrace with comfortable high quality sun loungers and a nice set of garden furniture at one end of the terrace. You will be able to enjoy the outside space at every time of the day as there is sufficient lighting. A further flight of stairs leads down two the parking area where there is enough space for at least 4 cars.
Please note, the swimming pool is closed from 1 November to 31 March.
