OVERVIEW

The amazing villa Diamond is a truly stunning private luxury family villa with two infinity pools and fabulous accommodation for 10 guests, comprising 5 bedrooms, 5 bathrooms  and 2 separate guest toilets. The villa is located in some seclusion on a hillside on the wonderful island of Korcula and about 6km from the famously historic, beautiful walled town called Korcula. This spacious designer villa has a modern, almost spaceship like glass façade and 370 square meters of space. It is built as two units - each with its own pool and connected with an outside staircase and rented as one villa. Thus, two families or groups can stay in the villa, and have a lot of privacy from each other if needed. The ground floor unit consists of a living room, kitchen, dining room and two double en-suite bedrooms, and an extra bathroom plus a heated infinity pool and a dining outdoor terrace. The upper unit consists of two en-suite bedrooms on the first floor and one en-suite bedroom on the second floor, where there is a second living room, an extra family bathroom, a kitchen and dining area, and another pool and dining terrace.  Each unit is also supplied with a washing machine, tumble dryer, Ironing board an iron, vacuum cleaner and a hairdryer. The garden is over half an acre, 2500 square metres and shared by the whole villa. This super modern and luxurious Korcula holiday home overlooks the gorgeous Adriatic sea and is 1.5km (about a mile) from the sea and beach. The nearest village is Zrnovo, 2.5km away and replete with excellent restaurants. Many are Michelin recommended. This place is a paradise for foodies. Local fresh fish and seafood are awesome. The local wines are superb, try Posip and Grk (whites) made on Korcula or superb reds which are so heavy that they call them black! 

The villa has all modern technical features such as WiFi, air conditioning, underfloor heating, smart TVs, heated, infinity swimming pools. There is private parking for 5 cars within the villa grounds.

ACCOMMODATION

Ground floor

The ground floor comprises a very stylish living room which has glass walls. It opens out directly onto the large outside terrace with an infinity pool and sea view.  Beautiful velvet chesterfield sofa and chairs, a large TV set and large contemporary paintings on the wall are in great taste. The extremely sleek and smart kitchen is equipped with a fridge, freezer, dishwasher, cooker, hob, microwave, kettle, toaster, coffee machine, juicer, blender, cooking utensils and tasteful tableware.

Two double bedrooms have super king size double beds, TVs, wardrobes and en-suite bathrooms, sumptuous bed linen and plenty of towels.

First floor

The first floor is within the domain of the second part of the villa which in fact occupies two floors - the first and the second floor. On the first floor are two elegant, double  bedrooms with super king size double beds, wardrobes, TVs,  en-suite bathrooms and sea views.

Second floor

Second floor comprises a living room, a large terrace, an open air dining area at the back of the villa, and one double bedroom with en-suite bathroom. From the living room there is access to the second pool.

OUTSIDE

Villa Diamond is positioned on a light slope and has a 2500 square metres of garden, of which 300 square meters are taken up by magnificent stone paved terraces with top notch outdoor furniture and by patches of manicured lawn. You can leave your cars at the bottom of the garden, where there is a parking space for 5 cars. To enter the villa, there are outside steps at the edge of the villa, which lead to the lower and the upper villa. Each part of the villa has its own private, heated infinity pool. The pool for the lower unit measures 8 x 5 metes while the upper unit pool is slightly smaller at 35 square metres. This pool is heated. 

The owners have paid equal attention to the outdoor spaces as the indoor ones, and so relaxing on the terraces is one of the great pleasures of this magnificent luxury villa. There are best quality sun beds with pool towels, a gas barbecue on each terrace, outdoor dining tables and stunning sea views, Mediterranean greenery and planting around the villa.
