OVERVIEW
Close to the sea and nestling among fields and private homes you will find a great holiday villa with pool and accessibility for people with wheelchairs and mobility issues. This wheelchair accessible villa with pool is located in a quiet suburb of Dubrovnik. It is a new build family villa on two floors connected by lift and stairs. The rooms on each floor are on one level without steps. The sunbathing terrace and the summer kitchen have a ramp for easy wheelchair access, and the pool features a detachable pool hoist. This new Dubrovnik villa is also a lovely holiday home for people without disabilities who will enjoy the comfort in four double bedroom and two bathrooms, and a fully equipped kitchen. The summer kitchen is situated in a poolside building which also houses a shower room with toilet. There is a large barbecue next to the shaded outside dining area.
The villa is also located close to a mini-market, bar/café as well as some small shops and bakeries.
On the villas doorstep is a beautiful walkway that runs down the entire east side of the bay. Here you can find a café bar on the jetty as well as a restaurant. There is also a football and basketball pitch to keep the children entertained. The Old Town of Dubrovnik is only 9.5 kilometres (5.9 miles) from the villa and is a wonderful place to visit. Take the cable car up to Srd Mountain to enjoy the stunning views of the Old Town, the Adriatic Sea and the surrounding islands. Why not venture out by sea and experience the beautiful sights of the many islands, stop over for lunch and take a dip in the blue Adriatic Sea. ACCOMMODATION
The villa spreads over two floors which are connected by stairs and an indoor lift for easy access. All bedroom doors are 78 cm wide and all other doors including the external doors have a width of 86 cm. Both floors benefit from a terrace/balcony with picturesque sea views.
Ground floor
The spacious kitchen/dining area on the ground floor to the front of the villa has direct access to a terrace. The kitchen is fully equipped with oven, hob, microwave, dishwasher, fridge/freezer, coffee maker, toaster, kitchen utensils and tableware.
There are two double bedrooms on this floor and a bathroom with wheelchair accessible shower and shower chair.
First floor
The first floor can be accessed either via internal stairs or the lift. The relaxing lounge with Smart TV and adjoining bar are a lovely space to unwind. The owner also provides a selection of board games. Large glass doors open onto the balcony with views of the sea, yachts and boats sailing by.
Two further double bedrooms and a wheelchair accessible shower and shower chair are also on this floor. Bedlinen and towels are provided.
OUTSIDE
Outside there is a large BBQ for guests to use, and an adjoining shaded dining area, a poolside shower room and a summer kitchen to enjoy those summer evenings a little longer. The pool measures 7x3.5 metres, steps for entering the pool are not included in this measurement. There is a hoist for those with mobility issues, which can be removed if not necessary. All entrances to the villa and outside buildings are ramped for easy wheelchair access.
