Dubrovnik Sensation Apartment 3 has 140 square metres of living area and a large balcony with a fabulous view of the sea and the town harbour. There is WiFi, air-conditioning and air flow cooling fans, as well as heating. There are two spaces in the garage for this apartment.
ACCOMMODATION
The apartment is reached via a private lift or an external staircase and is situated on the second floor of an exclusive Dubrovnik apartment villa.
Sitting room and kitchen
The spacious and stunning living room is furnished with two modern sofas, extra seating, modern lighting, a TV and an elegant, pale wood table for six people. The view from the enormous window panes is simply breath taking, and there is a direct access to the balcony, with relaxing outdoor chairs and table - you will not be able to get away! The gleaming kitchen has a fridge/freezer, dishwasher, oven, hob, kettle, microwave, toaster, cooking utensils and pretty tableware. There is also a washing machine, drying rack, iron and ironing board.
Bedrooms
There are three beautiful double bedrooms and three bathrooms. The master bedroom has a super king size double bed and an en-suite shower room. This bedroom has a balcony and a small private terrace with two sun loungers. The other two bedrooms have new, king size and queen size double beds and also one bathroom each. Top quality bed linen, towels and a hair dryer are supplied.
OUTSIDE
The apartment has a stunning balcony with view of the Old Town Harbour, city forts, and within five minutes' walk you are on the fashionable Banje beach . The most secluded beach is St Jakov, which you can reach in 15 minutes on foot.
