Overview
This central Dubrovnik, three bedroom holiday apartment is on the third floor of a modern villa with only five luxury apartments and a lift. Not only do you enjoy the day and night views of the Dubrovnik's romantic city walls and harbour, you also get the view of the sea and the green island of Lokrum, where Dubrovnik folk take a 10 minute ferry ride to swim on this pretty island.
Luxury Dubrovnik Sensation Apartment 4 is a first class place to stay, in terms of its location (best views, walking to beaches and Old Town), and also in terms of the quality of the apartment, stylish furniture, quality beds and linens, private parking. You will have wonderful experiences and memories in this very special apartment, which will suit families, adults and teenagers. Larger groups can book several apartments together as the maximum number of people that can be accommodated is 18. (The fifth apartment is not for rent).
Luxury, air conditioned, apartment Dubrovnik Sensation 4 comprises 140 square metres of living space arranged as an open plan sitting room with kitchen, three double bedrooms, three shower rooms, a large balcony with panoramic views and a private sunbathing patio. The apartment is equipped with WiFi, cooling fans, as well as heating.
ACCOMMODATION
The apartment is reached via a private lift and outdoor staircase and is situated on the third floor of a luxury Dubrovnik villa with five exceptional holiday rental apartments, of which four are rented.
Sitting room and kitchen
The sunny and stylish living room has two modern sofas and armchairs, designer lighting, a TV, a dining table for six and direct access to the balcony. The unforgettable views from the front glass walls of the sitting room, bedrooms and the balcony are a very special Dubrovnik experience. The white, modern kitchen is well provided for cooking, with a fridge/freezer, dishwasher, oven, hob, kettle, microwave, toaster, coffee machine, cooking utensils and pretty tableware.
Bedrooms
There are three gorgeous, comfortable, en-suite bedrooms with fabulous views. The master bedroom has a super king size double bed and an en-suite shower room. This bedroom has a small private terrace with two sun loungers. The other two bedrooms have a new, king size and queen size double bed respectively, with excellent bed linen and towels. They each have a shower room. There is also a washing machine, drying rack, hair dryer, iron and ironing board.
OUTSIDE
This apartment has a wonderful balcony where you can sip your delicious Croatian wine and feel pretty close to paradise. In addition, there is a terrace with a couple of sun loungers.
