Villa Agatha is a luxury Croatian holiday home with heated pool in the town of Dubrovnik, with a glorious view of the city and the sea. Newly built in 2024, this luxury family villa for 10 people, in the quiet, but central part of Dubrovnik, combines elegance, style and comfort in equal measure.
Five ensuite bedrooms, air-conditioning, WiFi and SAT TV in every room, a fully equipped modern kitchen, fantastic rooftop pool, two outdoor kitchens, terraces and parking for two cars are features not always found in Dubrovnik City – a uniquely beautiful place with historic heritage which has been perfectly preserved for centuries. This famikly villa for rent has luxurious bathrooms and comprises 250m2 living space with 100m2 of outdoor space. It is also pet friendly.
Luxury holiday home Agatha sits between the Old Town and the Lapad peninsula which is renowned for its beaches and vibrant living. The kuxury private Dubrovnik villa Agatha comprises living space and garden. There are five double bedrooms each with their own shower room, excellent bed linen, king size beds, TV, wardrobes and amazing views.
Outdoor activities offer all kinds of water sports, kayaking, boating, cycling, day trips to islands and wineries. Nightlife in Lapad and the Old Town is excellent, summer shows and concerts are on every day and restaurants and shops are at your doorstep.
ACCOMMODATION
The villa is arranged on three floors and has a garden, terraces, outdoor kitchens, a heated pool, fantastic views and a good parking area for two cars.
Ground Floor
The ground floor comprises an open plan sitting room, dining area and a very modern kitchen. The living area is spacious and light, its floor to ceiling windows fully opening onto the strip of the garden. There is a lovely feature of a small paddling pool separating the living room from the garden. On this level you can relax and sunbathe in a wooden cabana, with puffed up cushions and shade curtains, enjoying a cocktail!
The sitting area of this luxurious Dubrovnik villa makes the most of the year round sunshine, having one whole wall turned into glass, which can fully open and... you are outdoors! A curved designer sofa, coffee table, TV, additional chairs and scattered cushions provide a great place to be together. All the lighting is stylish and there are patches of greenery in the living room and by the staircase, enhancing the fresh, summery feel of the villa. In the dining area there is a dining table for 10 people. At the back of the villa, there is a large, private parking area by the villa entrance. The ground floor also has a guest toilet.
Next to the living room is a very useful and lovely outdoor summer kitchen, with an outdoor dining table for 10 people and an electric barbecue and a sink. This outdoor kitchen uses the fridge from the indoor kitchen. Here is where you will socialize and spend most of your time, as is reported by our guests.
First floor
A wide, modern, internal stone staircase leads up to the first floor, which has three air conditioned double bedrooms each with its own shower room, a king size bed, a TV, wardrobe. large picture windows with beautiful views. A utility room with a washing machine, a tumble dryer, ironing board and an iron is also there.
Second floor
The second floor has two luxurious air conditioned bedrooms with king size beds, TV, wardrobe, ensuite shower rooms, tasteful furnishings and fabulous views. The internal staircase continues up to the third floor, which is a private rooftop terrace with decking and a beautiful pool.
OUTSIDE

Rooftop Terrace
The rooftop terrace of the family Villa Agatha with pool must be the focal point for entertainment and sunbathing. Its gorgeous swimming pool with a pool shower and stunning panoramic sea and town views keeps its temperature at 25 degrees centigrade. The pool dimensions are 5.80 metres x 4.50 metres and the depth is 1.38 metres. There are six sun loungers by the pool and a large sofa with coffee tables under a shaded roof. For your ultimate convenience, a second summer kitchen is provided by the pool. This has a fridge/freezer, a sink and is set up for snacks, drinks and cocktails whilst you dip into the pool and admire your view.
