This is a stylish, four-bedroom private Dubrovnik holiday home for rent with heated infinity pool and private parking, situated beside the sea in Zaton, one of the beautiful coastal villages immediately north of Dubrovnik, 7km away. This stunning Dubrovnik villa comprises 170 m² of internal accommodation, with terraces extending the living space outdoors, and accommodates up to 8 guests. Its position is exceptional. The sea is a few steps away and guests have private access to the clear, blue water down the steps to the sea. The private heated infinity pool occupies the large sunbathing terrace and is surrounded with 8 sun loungers with pool towels.
Inside, an open-plan living, dining and kitchen area looks towards the sea through an extensive glass frontage. There are 4 air-conditioned king-size bedrooms, each with its own en-suite shower room and outdoor space.
Dubrovnik is within easy driving distance, making the beachfront Villa Alma a good choice for guests wanting both a waterfront holiday and speedy access to the Old Town.

ACCOMMODATION
Luxury seafront Villa Alma for vacation rental in Dubrovnik region is arranged on one floor and has steps leading down to the pool terrace. It comprises a spacious open plan living area, a separate office, 4 double en-suite bedrooms with terraces. One bedroom has twin beds. The interiors are contemporary and understated, allowing the waterfront setting to take centre stage. A wall of glass runs along the sea-facing side of the living accommodation, connecting the interior with the terrace and sea views beyond. The principal living space is bright and airy. It comprises a comfortable sitting area, Smart TV and dining table for eight. An additional office and a reading nook provide a useful quiet space. Alongside is a modern kitchen with central island, equipped with an oven, hob, fridge/freezer, microwave, dishwasher, coffee maker, kettle and toasterplis cooking equipment and stylish dinnerware. Ironing equipment and haidriers are also provided.
The king-size bedrooms (one with 2 single beds) are equipped each with air conditioning, television, safe and their own modern en-suite shower rooms. Each bedroom also has access to a balcony or terrace. A special feature of luxury family villa Alma in Dubrovnik for rent and vacation is its own private art gallery, occupying approximately 80 m² and located on the lower level of the house. It is a quiet and restful place with a sofa and book case, where you can spend time in contemplation, reading and enjoying the beautiful paintings around you.
OUTSIDE
The large outdoor areas for relaxing and entertaining area so close to the waters edge are a rare treat thsese days and single out Villa Alma as a very special famiy holiday villa. The main terrace faces directly towards the Adriatic sea and incorporates a private infinity swimming pool, designed so that the water appears to merge with the sea beyond. The surrounding sunbathing terrace has loungers and parasols, while the lovely outdoor seating scattered in sveral places and terraces provides space for relaxing throughout the day.
A separate outdoor dining area seats eight guests. This fits with the outdoor summer kitchen and barbecue, making the terrace an easy place for long lunches and dinners outside. An outdoor shower is provided beside the pool. Most importantly, guests have private access to the sea, which lies only around 17 metres from the villa. As the villa is positioned on a slope above the sea, there are a considerable number if steps leading to the seafront but they are fairly shallow steps easily managed by active perons, perhps not so for the guests with mobility issues.
