OVERVIEW

Villa Dubrovnik Harbour View was built in the second half of the 19th Century as a hunting lodge and has now been beautifully restored. The villa sits in a 2800 sqm private park (2/3rds acre) and offers complete privacy. The hilly position allows an unobstructed view towards Gruz Bay in Dubrovnik and the Elaphite islands. Dubrovnik Old Town is only 2km away and beaches in Lapad are about 4km, within easy reach by car.

Accommodation

Ground floor

The open plan living area is tastefully furnished with comfortable sofas around an open fireplace plus an LCD satellite TV. Antique pieces of furniture and paintings throughout give the villa a real old world charm combined with modern comfort. The dining area has a beautiful oval, polished, wooden dining table, sitting comfortably six people. Two steps lead up to a modern kitchen area which is completely equipped with cooker, oven, dishwasher, fridge/freezer, microwave, coffee machine, crockery, cutlery, glasses and kitchen utensils. There is also an additional table seating two people.

First floor

There are four beautifully furnished bedrooms, two with king-size beds and the other two with double beds (140cm wide). The bedrooms have wooden flooring and quality bed linen. The sleek bathrooms are modernly furnished with showers and state of the art bathrooms appliances. Plenty of bathroom towels are provided.

Outside

The villa sits in a 2800 sqm private garden with several terraces, BBQ and ample room to enjoy the view. From the pool, you have a lovely view over the town. Relax in the outdoor jacuzzi and enjoy the magical lights of the city. Sun loungers and umbrellas are provided. Lush greenery and beautiful terraces with garden ornaments give this place a magical feel.

Dubrovnik Airport

Dubrovnik Airport is located near the town of Cavtat 19km to the south of Dubrovnik. There are direct flights to Dubrovnik from most European countries and from Philadelphia in the USA.

 

There are bus and taxi services into Dubrovnik centre. A taxi transfer can be expected to cost around 35 to 40 euro one way depending on the time of day and the season and a minibus around 50-60 euros.   A shuttle bus service from the airport to Dubrovnik is 7.5 euro per person each way.
