OVERVIEW
Luxury private Dubrovnik Villa Elodie is a substantial traditional stone buit Dubrovnik-style villa situated above Dubrovnik, within a few minutes’ walk to the historic Old Town and Banje Beach. Offering 500 m² of accommodation, the villa is arranged over five levels connected by both an internal staircase and lift. Outside, a 14 m² infinity swimming pool is surrounded by a terrace and lush tropical plants. Indoors there is a separate 19 m² heated swimming pool, a four-person Jacuzzi and infrared sauna. The house is up on the hill, an easy walk down into town but up quite a few steps on the way back so it will suit those who enjoy exercise, With six en-suite bedrooms and several separate living and entertaining spaces, Villa Elodie is particularly well suited to extended families or groups of friends travelling together.
ACCOMMODATION
Villa Elodie offers approximately 500 m² of internal accommodation. The interiors are contemporary and spacious, with oak flooring, neutral furnishings and plenty of natural light.
Lower Ground Floor
The lower level is dedicated primarily to relaxation and wellness. There is a 19 m² heated indoor swimming pool, four-person Jacuzzi and infrared sauna. A stylish bathroom has twin basins and a walk-in shower, while the adjoining terrace extends to approximately 44 m² and leads into the villa’s private garden. Ground Floor
The principal living and entertaining areas are situated on this level. The living area incorporates a comfortable sitting room with fireplace and satellite television, dining area and fully equipped kitchen. Large glass doors connect the living room directly with the terrace.
The kitchen includes an American-style fridge, oven, hob, microwave, dishwasher, coffee machine, ice maker, kettle and toaster. There is a spacious sitting room with fireplace and satellite television, indoor dining area and fully equipped kitchen. Outside is the 14 m² infinity swimming pool, surrounded by sun loungers, lounge furniture and a summer daybed.
A covered outdoor dining area and summer kitchen with barbecue, gas hob and sink provide an excellent setting for meals outside. There is also a guest WC and wine cellar. Croatian wines from the cellar are available at additional cost.
First Floor
Three charming and airy en-suite bedrooms are situated on the first floor. The first master bedroom has a king-size bed, fitted wardrobe, satellite television and small loggia. Its en-suite bathroom has a walk-in shower, hydromassage bath and twin basins.Two further bedrooms have queen-size beds, satellite televisions and private en-suite shower rooms. Both have access to a shared sea-facing balcony or terrace.
There is also a laundry room on this floor.
Second Floor
Three further en-suite bedrooms are situated on the upper floor. The second master bedroom has a king-size bed, fitted wardrobe, satellite television and private balcony with seating. Its en-suite bathroom has a walk-in shower and twin basins.
The remaining two bedrooms have queen-size beds and private shower rooms; one enjoys sea views while the other overlooks the atrium. Also on this floor is an entertainment room with a pool table, bar and satellite television, together with an additional WC.
OUTSIDE
Villa Elodie has a private terrace and garden filled with lush Mediterranean and subtropical planting. The 14 m² infinity swimming pool is surrounded by sun loungers and comfortable outdoor seating, with an outdoor shower nearby. A summer daybed provides another relaxing spot beside the pool.
The outdoor dining area is sheltered by a pergola, while an automatic waterproof awning provides additional shade when required. The adjoining summer kitchen has a barbecue, gas hob and sink, making outdoor cooking and dining particularly easy.
