Overview
Villa Jasminka is an old, authentic stone villa comprising four beautiful bedrooms and bathrooms. This charming town villa with pool is perfectly located between Dubrovnik Old Town and the Lapad quarter, giving you the best of both worlds. Medieval palaces and churches of unbelievable beauty are found in the busy Old Town, whilst sunshine, breeze and warm sea await you in Lapad, the newer part of town, which has many beaches, beach bars, restaurants, shops and water sports. Public transport is excellent and within a few minutes you can be in the Old Town with fresh markets and shops. Walk twenty minutes the other way to the Sunset or Copacabana beach for a good swim and delicious lunch. Essential shops, a fitness park and a few cafes and restaurants are right close to this exceptional Dubrovnik holiday home, which can be described as a family friendly villa, or a perfect place for a group of sophisticated adults.
ACCOMMODATION
The villa is arranged on two floors and has five LED SAT TV sets, music system and WiFi.
Ground floor
The ground floor comprises a large living space with sitting room and dining area for eight people and a modern kitchen. The fully equipped kitchen has a dish washer, oven, stove, fridge/freezer, microwave, kettle, coffee machine, excellent cookware and tableware. There is also a washing machine, hairdryers, iron and ironing board. The sitting room opens out onto two separate terraces, the lovely pool terrace and another, cosy private courtyard with an outdoor dining table.
On the ground floor is one double bedroom with a queen size double bed (160x200 cm) and an ensuite shower room. Quality bed linen and towels are provided in all bedrooms.
First floor
Further three double bedrooms are on the first floor, each with a super-king size double bed (180x200cm). Two of the bedrooms have private ensuite bathrooms with shower and the fourth bathroom is independent. All the bedrooms offer garden and pool view.
OUTSIDE
The villa has an amazing walled garden with a private pool, sunbathing terrace and several other courtyard terraces which are so cosy to sit on. The secure garden is planted with mature olive and orange trees and the swimming pool is surrounded by sun loungers. There is a BBQ area with lounge seats and outdoor dining furniture.
