This beautiful house is located in one of the best areas of the City of Dubrovnik. Tucked away in the leafy western area of the city, it is a quiet residential area of private homes and villas in substantial garden plots, very close to the sea and with lovely sea views. The old town is just ten minutes away by car. The exterior of the villa is characterised by simple lines, white stone façade and red roof tiles, all very typical of the traditional local architecture. A very large Mediterranean garden surrounds the villa, and you have sea views from the garden. After crossing the village road, you find yourself by the sea which is clear and inviting, perfect for a swim. There is the villa's private bathing area, and a mooring for a 14 metre yacht.
The accommodation is arranged on three floors.
The whole of the ground floor comprises of 70 square metres of open plan space with a sitting room, a dining area and a kitchen, and a shower room/WC, arranged on different levels, so that a step leads down from the kitchen into the dining/sitting room. The whole floor is covered with cream ceramic floor tiles. Large picture windows and French doors open out onto the terraces and the garden with the sea in the view and the scent of Mediterranean herbs coming into the house. The kitchen is equipped with a fridge freezer, oven, electric/gas hob, dishwasher, ice maker, mixer-food processor, toaster, coffee machine, kettle, stainless steel cooking utensils, good plates, cutlery and glassware. From the kitchen there is a doorway onto the garden terrace with an outdoor dining table. An attractive modern fireplace and a specially designed wooden spiral staircase delineate the kitchen from the sitting room which is below the kitchen reached by on a level. The living room has comfortable sofas, a 50" LCD satellite TV and a surround sound system. Opposite the living room is the beautifully made designer staircase. Additionally on the floor is a separate bathroom WC.
On the first floor there are three good sized bedrooms, all with double beds and good quality sheets. Two of the bedrooms share a bathroom and the third bedroom has its own en-suite. Plenty of towels are provided in each bathroom.
A spiral staircase leads between the first floor and second floor. It is a luxurious top floor apartment sleeping two people. It has modern furniture and light and bright surrounds. In the apartment there is a kitchen, bathroom, living room and a double bedroom. There is also an exit from the apartment directly out to the garden and terraces.
The villa garden is in beautiful setting with lovely private areas, rockery and plenty of places to sit and enjoy the surroundings. There is a large swimming pool and several different terraces for sunbathing. It is a beautiful walk through the garden with different flowers and Mediterranean plants. The specially built plateau next to the water's edge is perfect for sunbathing and taking a swim. There are plenty of sun loungers and umbrellas. Leading down from the ground floor terrace are stairs to the summer covered terrace where there is an outdoor summer kitchen, BBQ and dining tables for twelve people in total. The covered terrace has great views out across the sea and is the perfect place to prepare meals and enjoy the outdoors. There are also two canoes for guest use and the gardens are lit up at night.
