Overview
This is a super-luxury Dubrovnik villa in every sense of the word. It offers an airy living space of 700 square metres, an internal lift, sublime modern architecture, elegant interiors, sumptuously dressed beds, Carrara marble floors and bathrooms, seafront location and a private beach front with direct access to the sea. The villa is set on three levels and has an immense glass frontage, a heated infinity pool, stunning balconies and terraces and stone steps leading to the waterfront. All the materials used in the villa are of highest quality and the villa in all has eight "smart" TV sets, a CD and a DVD player, and a music centre. Each bedroom is individually cooled, has its own sumptuous bathroom, its own safe and a smart TV. The villa is located in one of the exclusive outskirts of Dubrovnik, and has a parking space for four cars.
Accommodation
Ground floor
Ground floor comprises a magnificent, double height sitting room with large sofas and other seating, a designer open fireplace and a dining table. It is an incredibly impressive room with highest quality designer furniture and lighting, having one wall completely in glass and looking directly at the sea.
There is a modern, gourmet grade kitchen, equipped with every item a chef might want: excellent cooking utensils, modern dinner ware, top quality cutlery and glasses. The kitchen has a large, American style fridge/freezer with icemaker and cold water dispenser, two ovens, a dishwasher, microwave, espresso coffee machine, electric kettle and a toaster. The kitchen is very elegantly crafted with white marble floors and black marble surface on the kitchen island/breakfast bar.
On the ground floor is also a laundry room with washing machine, tumble dryer, iron and ironing board.
First floor
On the first floor there are two very spacious bedrooms with super king size beds or twin beds. The bedrooms have separate sitting areas and magnificent sea views. The fabulous marble bathrooms are filled with fine toiletries, sumptuous bathrobes and towels. The ensuite bathroom to the larger bedroom has a Jacuzzi bath. Huge glass windows look at the expanse of the sea, and have heavy curtains to stop the light streaming in if necessary.
The villa has an amazing Finnish sauna with a large window facing the sea.
Second floor
On the second floor there are three majestic bedrooms with ensuite bathrooms and dressing tables, TV sets and a sitting area each. One is the master bedroom which has 70 square metres of floor space and is totally exquisite. The second bedroom has twin beds and the third bedroom has a double bed and a Jacuzzi bath.
The sixth bedroom has a separate external entrance and is not accessed from the main house.
Annex
In the back of the house there is a gorgeous apartment (sleeps 2), with kitchenette, spacious double bed and bathroom.
The annex is usually occupied by the housekeeper who is at your disposal 24/7, but can be rented at a surcharge. Please enquire.
Outside
The dramatic garden is all set out in rock and stone formation, and planted with Mediterranean palm trees, scented herbs and bushes. On the ground level of the villa is the huge pool, measuring 45 square metres (9 by 5 metres) and 1.5 metre deep. The pool also has an integrated Jacuzzi. Overall there are 14 sun beds and two parasols scattered around the pool and the terraces going down to the sea, with pool towels provided. By the pool there is an "outdoor dining pod" which is a covered terrace with a dining table for 14 people, giving you the feel that you are floating above the sea. All the terraces laid out towards the sea have a very attractive stone surface and are suitable for relaxing or entertaining.
