OVERVIEW
This modern, sleek luxury villa in an exclusive enclave west of Dubrovnik has a stunning view of the sea. Positioned on a slope above the sea, the villa has five bedrooms, five bathrooms, a pool with Jacuzzi, large stone paved terrace with outdoor dining and a Mediterranean garden. Luxury Dubrovnik Villa Tonka is a perfect place to relax and entertain, or to enjoy a magnificent sunset. This private family villa with pool is equipped with all modern facilities such as TV in every room, WiFi and air conditioning throughout and comprises 350 square metres of living space which is very spacious. The entire plot comprises 500 square metres, including a fantastic paved terrace of over 100 square metres. Having a garage in the grounds of the villa is extremely useful for Dubrovnik which is notoriously difficult for parking. The villa has quite a few steps to reach the entrance, but this has never been a problem for our guests. This luxury holiday home is surrounded by similar elite Dubrovnik villas and is only a 20 minute drive from the Old Town. After a day in busy Dubrovnik city and healthy outdoor activities, you will come back to your private, airy and peaceful villa and experience the best of Dubrovnik living.
ACCOMMODATION
Ground floor
Ground floor is an impressive, modern but cosy area completely designed to take in the views of the shimmering blue bay and bring the sunshine and the blue sea into your living room. The living room is stylish with cream sofas, armchair and additional chairs, LCD TV, and a lively ceiling painted with clouds and sunshine. The white, glossy kitchen is equipped with a large breakfast bar with six comfortable bar stools and an electric hob. The modern kitchen contains fridge/freezer, microwave, dishwasher, oven, hob, coffee machine, kettle, toaster, ice maker, tableware and cooking utensils. The dining table and 10 dining chairs are exceptionally attractive, made from quality wood and sit 10 people.
One of the double bedrooms with ensuite shower and underfloor heating is also situated on the ground floor. In addition, there is the utility room with a washing machine, tumble dryer, iron and ironing board. Hair dryers and safes are also provided.
First floor
First floor comprises four equally large and comfortable double bedrooms with king size double beds, ensuite bathrooms, TVs, wardrobes, large mirrors, and private balconies with sea views. Balconies have very attractive wicker furniture and you can stay there in privacy, enjoying the panoramic views of the sea and islands.
OUTSIDE
It is all about the outside and the amazing sea view! Villa Tonka has a beautiful private terrace and a private pool surrounded by 10 deck chairs. Pool and beach towels are provided. A gorgeous outdoor summer kitchen extends out from the sitting room onto the covered outdoor dining area with a proper oven and hob, fridge, a barbecue, a complete set of cooking pans and tableware - an amazing place to unwind together for a barbecue and plenty of the delicious local wine. In this part of the terrace there is also a modern LCD TV, the perfect background for enjoying your time with friends or family. Yes, live the Croatian way, cook, eat and live al fresco! The sun and clean, fresh air are plentiful!
