OVERVIEW
This unique, old, seaside cottage was rebuilt in 2017 and provides an "away from it all", relaxed vacation with the beach only 20 metres from the house. It is a completely peaceful villa located in the family's vineyard and olive grove, which are surrounded by a stone wall and gated. The 54 acres of land which surround the villa (220 000 square metres!) ensure tranquillity and privacy. You can truly feel that you get the whole of the Adriatic Sea to yourself. Gentle path and a few steps lead you to a pristine, secluded pebbly beach.
The villa is simply furnished and has an air-condition unit in every room. Nearest shopping is 5km away in Komarna and Klek. The villa is a great starting point to visit Dubrovnik, Makarska, wonderful Peljesac peninsula, Mostar, Medjugorje and the islands of Mljet and Korcula. It is perfect for boating people as you can moor your boat just 30 metres from the house. The wonderful owners will let you taste their beautiful wines and olive oils, and other specialities from their produce.
Accommodation
The villa is built as a bungalow, all accommodation is on one floor, the ground floor, comprising 52 square metres of living space. You approach the vineyard estate on a small country road which becomes a white road but is of a good standard for cars. Enter the estate through the gates and you can park by the villa. Living room comprises a sitting area with a sofa bed which can sleep two people. There is a Satellite TV, DVD player, music player, CD player and board games provided for the guests. The kitchen is equipped with an electric cooker, fridge/freezer, dishwasher, microwave, electric kettle, toaster, coffee machine, tea pot, cooking utensils and tableware. A washing machine, iron, ironing board and a hair drier are provided. The villa has two air-conditioned bedrooms which have twin beds that can also be together as a double bed. All bed linen and towels are provided. They share one shower room.
Outside
The villa is situated very close to the beach and is surrounded by a huge vineyard estate belonging to the owner's family. A large stone built barbecue and outdoor table and chairs are located outside the villa, enabling you to do a great BBQ and enjoy dining al fresco, with the scent of cypresses, murmuring sea and unforgettable sea views. There is a summer kitchen outdoors, fully equipped for outside cooking, with a gas stove. For sunbathing there are 6 sun loungers, beach towels and a couple of parasols. The villa is good for everyone, including small children who have their own sitting area and a natural beachside paddling pool, 3 by 2 metres and 60 cm deep. This is a natural pool formed by the shape of the rocks through which the sea water flows.
