This large, inviting house, comprising of 3 beautiful apartments, which share a gorgeous yard with the pool, awaits you to offer you perfect rest and an opportunity to spend a wonderful time with the people you love. It is situated in Mlini, a bay close to the ancient city of Dubrovnik.
Accommodation
Apartment 1
This apartment spreads over the first, second and third floors, which are all connected by indoor stairs. The first floor consists of a large open plan sitting area with a comfortable sofa and a TV, a dining area comprising of a large dining table for 10 people and a pretty kitchen, equipped with fridge/freezer, cooker, oven, microwave, dishwasher, electric kettle, toaster, all cooking utensils and table ware. From the sitting area, a French door opens onto a terrace with outdoor dining furniture and views of the surrounding greenery. This floor also has a separate toilet with a washing machine. The second floor has two bedrooms, one of which is the master bedroom with an ensuite shower room and a beautiful terrace with outdoor wicker furniture, from where you can admire the views of the sea. There is also a twin bedroom with an ensuite bathroom and a sofa which can be used as a sofa bed for two additional guests. Bed linen and bath towels are provided. The third floor comprises of a double bedroom with a small balcony, looking onto the yard with the pool and Mediterranean vegetation. There is also a shower room and a separate toilet.
Apartment 2 and 3
The two studio apartments are situated on the ground floor. They are similarly furnished and are intended for 2 people each. Both apartments have a large room with a double bed, TV, a kitchenette, a dining table for two guests and a bathroom. They have access to an outdoor terrace which is an additional relaxing area.
Outside
The stairs from the main entrance to the property lead up to the walled terrace with an astonishing pool, plenty of sun beds, a sitting area with a parasol, and a barbecue. The outside area is surrounded by greenery, making it extremely pleasing and relaxing.
