OVERVIEW
Villa Bellissima I is a modern, imposing, luxury villa in Dubrovnik region with six bedrooms, six bathrooms, three whirlpools, sea view balconies and a private mooring. It was built in 2026 close to a lovely beach famous for surfing and wind kiting. The large, luxury family villa with pool and a counter-current roof pool (two pools!) is arranged on three floors as three separate, stylish apartments incorporating designer furniture and modern technology in great comfort. This Dubrovnik holiday home spreads over 400 square metres of living area on a 600 square metres plot just 100 metres away from the beach. Its sister villa, Villa Belissima II which is a mirror image of Villa Bellissima I and that means that the two villas together provide fabulous accommodation for 24 guests in 12 bedrooms. In each villa 12 people can dine together at a table that seats 12 people. The villa is fully air conditioned and has heating for winter months. There is a WiFi throughout and several cars can park at the back of the villa where the main entrance is from the village road.
ACCOMMODATION
Ground floor
The fully air-conditioned ground floor apartment opens out onto a garden terrace and a green strip planted with Mediterranean herbs and trees, and the private pool where your party can dine at a large outdoor dining table. The kitchen and sitting room are in an open-plan layout seating six people (12 maximum), and there are two double bedrooms each with an en-suite marble shower room, excellent bed linen and towels. The master bedroom has a private jacuzzi. The beds are king size and can be separated into two single beds. The kitchen is fully equipped with a dishwasher, fridge/freezer, oven and hob, microwave, kettle, coffee machine, stylish dinnerware and cooking utensils.
In addition, each apartment has a washing machine, tumble dryer, hair dryer, iron and ironing board.
First floor
There is a similar arrangement on the fully air conditioned first floor where you find the kitchen and sitting room as open-plan, equipped exactly the same as above, plus two double bedrooms each with an en-suite bathroom and a jacuzzi in the master bedroom. The beds are king size and can be separated into two single beds. The bedrooms open out onto a sea view balcony.
Second floor penthouse
This is a stunning, air-conditioned top floor apartment with sea views to die for. The two double bedrooms, two bathrooms and an open-plan living room/kitchen are furnished in a simple and elegant style pervading the villa and via an internal staircase you reach the roof terrace with more delights to pamper you. You will adore the infinity roof top swimming pool with counter current and the summer kitchen with a BBQ.
OUTSIDE
The outdoor area of this luxury family villa for 12 people offers you one pool at the garden level and a second pool on the roof top terrace with panoramic view over a huge expanse of Adriatic Sea. At the roof level there is a barbecue, a summer kitchen, an outdoor dining table for 12 people and a large infinity pool with sun loungers and parasols. The garden terrace also has a swimming pool, including dining table and sun loungers.
