OVERVIEW
Vills Bellissima ll, one of a pair, is a stylish, modern, luxury villa with two pools, the heated infinity pool with a summer kitchen, on the roof terrace and one on the ground floor. It comprises six bedrooms, six bathrooms, three whirlpools, private balconies, and a private mooring. It was completed in 2026 with WiFi, air conditioning and heating throughout and parking for 4 cars. The large, luxury family holiday home spreads over three floors as three separate, stylish apartments, each with its own sea view balcony. There is 400 square metres of living space on a 600 square metre plot, situated 100 metres away from the beach. With its nearly identical sister villa, Villa Bellissima l, you get one of the largest luxury accommodation for 24 people in the Dubrovnik area. Your large family can spend time together, but also retreat to their individual apartments when they wish to.
ACCOMMODATION
Ground floor
The ground floor apartment opens out onto a garden terrace with private pool and a large dining table. The stylish, open-plan kitchen and sitting room with an 87inch TV can easily sit 6 people but can also manage 12 persons if necessary. The two double bedrooms have a king size bed supplied with excellent bed linen and towels and able to split into separate twin beds. Each bedroom has its own bathroom with a large shower, whilst one of the bedrooms, in addition, has a floor whirlpool overlooking the sea. The gourmet kitchen is fully equipped with a dishwasher, fridge/freezer, oven and hob, microwave, kettle, coffee machine, stylish dinnerware and cooking utensils.
Each apartment also provides a washing machine, a tumble dryer, hair dryer, iron and ironing board.
First floor
The first and second floors are reached by an indoor staircase. There is a similar arrangement with the kitchen and sitting room as open-plan, equipped the same as the ground floor. The two double bedrooms each come with an en-suite shower room and a whirlpool in the master bedroom. The king size beds can be separated into two single beds. The bedroom has direct access onto a sea view balcony.
Second floor penthouse
This is a stunning, top floor apartment with incomparable sea views and a balcony. The two double bedrooms, two bathrooms and an open-plan living room/kitchen are furnished in a simple and elegant style of the villa and via an internal staircase you reach the roof terrace which has an infinity pool and a summer kitchen.
OUTSIDE
The outdoor area of this luxury family villa for 12 people offers you one pool at the garden level and the second pool on the roof-top terrace with a panoramic view over a huge expanse of the Adriatic Sea. At the roof level there is a barbecue, a summer kitchen, an outdoor dining table for 12 people and a large heated infinity pool with counter current, sun loungers and parasols. Pool towels are provided. The garden level on the ground floor also has a swimming pool, including dining table and sun loungers
