OVERVIEW
One of the most beautiful modern villas In Dubrovnik is the luxury villa Ansara with private pool, five bedrooms, five bathrooms, in seafront position just two metres from the sea. The gorgeous villa is thoroughly modern and yet full of character which makes your stay there feel like living in a bright and magical floating palace, fabulous materials and furniture enhancing the luxury experience. With its own sea entrance, this luxury Dubrovnik villa with heated infinity pool and Mediterranean plants provides peace and privacy due to its location just outside of Dubrovnik, in the village of Zaton. There you will find beaches, beachfront restaurants and bars in an understated but classy environment and have an opportunity for boat trips to the nearby islands which are a must see. The villa is very spacious comprising 630 square metres of living space spread over three floors reached by an elevator. The villa is fully air conditioned and has a WiFi and plenty of parking.
ACCOMMODATION
Ground floor
The ground floor comprises a sitting room, kitchen, and dining room in an open plan arrangement, and a separate double bedroom with bathroom. Beiges, creams, taupe colours of the marble floors, the elegant designer sofas and armchairs, and the huge floor to ceiling glass panels, TV a sleek modern kitchen, and an oval dining table are truly impressive. The kitchen is fully equipped with oven, hob, microwave, dishwasher, fridge/freezer, coffee maker, toaster, blender, and tableware and kitchen utensils. All is screened off from the pool terrace by large glass sliding doors. There is also a laundry room with washing machine, dryer, iron and ironing board.
The master bedroom on the ground floor has a super king-size bed, an ensuite bathroom with a bathtub and shower, TV, and a walk in wardrobe.
First floor
The first floor comprises four double ensuite bedrooms, two with super king-size beds, one with a king-size bed and one with twin beds. All four bedrooms have TV and an ensuite shower room as well as direct access to a large terrace.
The first floor is reached by an elevator.
Second floor
The second floor is reached by elevator and is conceived as a large entrance hall with the main entrance at the back of the villa, which is built on a slope.
OUTSIDE
The outdoor areas of the Luxury Villa Ansara Dubrovnik are stylish and inviting. The focus is the heated infinity pool measuring 28 square metres and appearing to fuse with the sea! The terrace is paved with pale granite slabs and surrounded by high quality sun loungers, beautiful outdoor sofas and armchairs and a dining table for eight people. Here close by is an outdoor fully fitted summer kitchen with barbecue. Imagine gazing at the unforgettable Dubrovnik sunset and green islands, whilst socialising with a chilled drink around the pool and barbecue! Simply divine and very relaxing. The terraced Mediterranean garden flows down into the flat rocks by the sea, where you will find your own sea entrance and swim in the crystal clear, clean and warm sea. Parking for several cars is behind the villa, at the top level on the beautifully paved courtyard with a covered area for shade.
