The ancient villa was built from the local stone, and is typical for Dubrovnik medieval architecture, with a magnificent original stone staircase, thick walls, stone balustrades, special roof tiles, private courtyards, pool, and outdoor entertainment area. It comes with an iPad that allows you to control the lighting, music and temperature from your pool-chair! The villa is equipped with SAT TV LCD TV-s, SONOS and BOSE sound systems throughout the property and is fully air-conditioned. It has WiFi, smart villa I-pad control, security safe in each room, indoor and outdoor fireplace. The villa has 2 parking spaces.
Accommodation
Ground floor
The villa grand hall combines antique and modern design. There are massive stone arches supporting the curved ceilings, and on the stone flagged floor there are huge leather sofas and chairs, a bar and a stunning dining room ready for 14 people. The sitting room has sofas and a fireplace, wood flooring, and there are several smaller sitting rooms dotted around. The splendid chef's kitchen is professionally equipped and can take care of substantial catering. There is also a second kitchen for the use of the guest themselves. It is equipped with a stove, oven, dishwasher, refrigerator, freezer, microwave, coffee maker, mixer, kettle, toaster, numerous cooking utensils and excellent tableware. In addition there is a laundry room with a washing machine, dryer, iron and iron board. Baby cot and high chair are available upon request. On the ground floor there are two modern stylish bedrooms with king size beds and en-suite bathtub bathrooms. One of these bedrooms has a direct access to the stunning garden area. Luxurious bed linen and plenty of towels are provided.
First floor
The authentic stone staircase leads from the hall to the first floor into an elegant, spacious and light library, which has access to two terraces overlooking the sea. The first floor comprises four luxury bedroom suites, each consisting of a sitting area and a modern bathroom with a walk-in shower. In each suite a Wooden staircase leads to a bedroom gallery with a king size bed.
Outside
The beautiful garden is laid out formally in terraces planted with lemon, orange and olive trees, scented lavender and rosemary. There is a sensational outdoor pool, and outdoor lounge area and grill. The garden has top quality sofas and armchairs, and there are sea view terraces with more of the wonderful and relaxing furniture.
