OVERVIEW
Located in one of the best parts of Dubrovnik region, luxury private Villa Elena with pool is just 15 km west of the famous Dubrovnik City, positioned on a hill which overlooks the splendour of the Adriatic Sea and the small islands dotting the coastline around Dubrovnik. This modern, glass fronted luxury family villa comprises 390 square metres of living space and 500 square metres of garden, which incorporates parking for cars and a stunning swimming pool. The villa is arranged on three floors which offer stunning sea views and comfortable, stylish modern living. You enter the villa grounds from the coastal road and park your cars above the villa. A few steps lead down to the main entrance, which is on the top floor. The top floor comprises four double bedrooms with ensuite bathrooms; stairs then descend down to the middle floor (first floor) where you will find your living room, sitting room and the kitchen. There is WiFi and air-conditioning throughout. A further flight of stairs leads you to the ground floor which has a Finnish sauna, Jacuzzi, bathroom, twin bedroom and a private bar and opens out onto the pool terrace. What a pleasant way to enjoy the indoor and outdoor activities of the luxury Villa Elena with that tremendous panoramic ocean view in front of you.
ACCOMMODATION
Second floor
Second floor comprises four double bedrooms. Every bedroom is individually air-conditioned, has lovely oak flooring, floor to ceiling windows, a super king-size double bed, wardrobe, desk, a TV set and an ensuite shower. Sea views from the bedrooms are unforgettable!
First floor
A living room with a stunning sea and woodland views stretches along the whole of the first floor, incorporating a stylish sitting area with TV, a spacious dining area with a large dining table for 10 people and a modern, dark kitchen which adds a dramatic feel to this high rise living room suspended between the blue sea and the sky in front. The kitchen is equipped with a fridge/freezer, dishwasher, cooker, hob, microwave, kettle, toaster, coffee machine, mixer, wine cooler, excellent cooking utensils and tableware and an island with an electric hob and a sink. A variety of chairs and two sofas are arranged about the TV. From all parts of the living room there are superb views of the sea. A guest toilet is also on the first floor. From this room there is direct access to the stunning, south facing terrace which goes all along the front façade of the villa, and is equipped with a built in stone barbecue. To match, there is a dining table and a wonderful set of outdoor sofas and armchairs to relax after your al fresco barbecue and to drink in the sight of the sea, fresh sea air and the scent of pines.
Ground floor
The ground floor is for physical activity and relaxation in equal measure. Indoors, you have a sauna, a Jacuzzi, a shower room with a toilet and a private bar for refreshment and socialising. This all opens out onto a pool terrace with a heated, infinity pool and eight sun loungers, with outdoor pool shower and an outdoor table for 10 people. A further ensuite double bedroom with twin beds and terrace access is also located on this floor.
OUTSIDE
The terraced villa offers an fantastic outdoor space with terraces/balconies on each level. Enjoy the beautiful views from the pool terrace whilst sun bathing or swimming in the large heated infinity pool. The outside space is well lit and you don't want to miss being outside watching the stunning sunrises and sunsets.
