OVERVIEW

Luxury Family Villa Frieda with heated pool is situated just 15 km west of the historic Dubrovnik City and 500 metres from the centre of the small town of Orasac.  This private luxury villa near Dubrovnik and the beauties of the Peljesac peninsula is a perfect choice for families and groups of adults who want to pursue outdoor activities and water sports but also the culture and history of the region, with its great culinary attractions and vineries all around you. Luxury private Villa Frieda is spacious, with 390 square metres of living space and 500 square metres of garden. Stunningly modern, this exquisite Dubrovnik holiday home faces the sea with its glass fronted facade, enabling panoramic sea views. The villa has three floors: the top floor has four ensuite bedrooms, the first floor comprises the living areas with a large south facing terrace and on the ground floor is the wellness and entertainment area which opens out directly onto the pool terrace.  Parking for several cars is above the villa in a private car port. The villa's main entrance is on the top floor. On this floor there are four double bedrooms with ensuite bathrooms, with stunning sea and woodland views. An internal staircase leads down to the middle (first) floor which comprises the open plan living room with a sitting room, dining area and a kitchen. There is WiFi and air-conditioning throughout. Stairs continue down to the ground floor which has a Finnish sauna, Jacuzzi, bathroom and a private bar with bar chairs. This wellness/entertainment area opens directly onto the pool terrace and garden, where there is a barbecue and a table for outdoor dining. Outdoor activities in the area are boating, kayaking, scuba diving, paddle boarding, windsurfing, kiting, cycling, hiking, horse riding and many more. Eating seafood in the oyster capital of Croatia, Ston and Mali Ston will delight the foodies. In general, the local cuisine is delicious and ultra healthy, based on fish, locally sourced meat, fruit and vegetables and olive oil.

ACCOMMODATION

Second floor

On the top (second) floor there are four bright, comfortable double bedrooms with private bathrooms. The bedrooms are individually air-conditioned and have super king-size double beds, lovely oak flooring, large windows, a wardrobe, desk, a TV set and an ensuite shower.

First floor 

The first floor has a stunning, open plan living room with access to a wonderful south terrace overlooking the sea. This amazing, large terrace has a built in stone barbecue and a dining outdoor table, plus outdoor sofas and armchairs making up an outdoor sitting room. From there you can enjoy amazing sunrises and sunsets, or the moon shining a path across the sea - wonderful memories of Croatia! The sitting room has two stylish, comfortable sofas and chairs and a TV set, flowing into the dining area which has a table for up to 10 people and a modern, well equipped kitchen. The kitchen has a fridge/freezer, dishwasher, cooker, hob, microwave, kettle, toaster, coffee machine, mixer, wine cooler, excellent cooking utensils and tableware and an island with an electric hob and a sink. From all parts of the living room there are superb views of the sea. A guest toilet is also on the first floor. The villa provides iron, ironing board, washing machine and a hairdryer.

Ground floor 

The ground floor is for physical activity and relaxation in equal measure. Indoors, you have a sauna, Jacuzzi, and a shower room with a toilet and a private bar for refreshment and socialising. This all opens out onto a pool terrace with a heated, infinity pool and eight sun loungers, parasols, the outdoor pool shower and an outdoor table for 10 people. Pool towels are provided.  

OUTSIDE

The garden and heated pool of this luxury private villa in Dubrovnik region is focussed on relaxation and entertainment. Whilst you barbecue your dinner and sip a glass of white Posip wine, you will enjoy the incomparable, dramatic sea views and countryside.   Dip in the pool to cool off and enjoy your stay in the amazing region of Dubrovnik.
