ACCOMMODATION
This luxury holiday home with pool to rent is arranged on three floors and the pool is located on the first floor. Two bedrooms and fitness plus sauna room are on the ground floor and the master two bedrooms with balconies on the second floor. All floors are internally connected.
The garden has a large lawn and is fully enclosed. The shady ground floor terraces abound with sofas and armchairs, coffee tables and a large dining table where you will spend many relaxing hours after a stint in the fitness room and sauna. On the first floor, your large, heated infinity pool will provide a good exercise being 14 metres long. Pool towels and beach towels are provided. And there is private parking for two cars!
Ground floor
The ground floor comprises two double bedrooms and a fitness room, including a sauna with an additional shower and toilet. The two double bedrooms have king size double beds and en- suite showers. Both of the bedrooms have access to the ground floor terraces which have lovely outdoor furniture for you to sip your morning coffee in peace and comfort.
First floor
The first floor is designed to be the main living and entertaining place in the villa, and it extends to the pool terrace with a gas barbecue and an outdoor dining table, and a very large, heated pool, 14 metres long and 4 metres wide, depth 1.5 metres. It is an infinity pool surrounded by eight sun loungers and an outside shower. Across the full length there is a magnificent living room with masses of space and light, with huge glass panes on sliding doors. The kitchen is modern and equipped with a hob, oven, teppanyaki oven, fridge/freezer, dish washer, wine fridge, toaster, kettle, coffee machine and a set of stylish dinnerware and cooking utensils for eight people. A large island has a bar with four bar chairs, adding to the extra eating space.
There is elegant and comfortable seating for eight people centred around the TV and the fireplace, arranged for the enjoyment of the garden view. A long dining table with beautiful chairs faces the garden and is positioned between the kitchen and the sitting area. The whole place is incredibly stylish and the stone floors are covered with lovely rugs and works of art on the walls. Plants and elegant lighting complete the amazing look of this luxury villa with pool to rent. A magnificent staircase leads up to the top floor.
Second floor
On this floor there are two double bedrooms which have large balconies with garden and sea views and amazing outdoor furniture to enjoy the views and relax. Both bedrooms have super king-sized double beds. The master bedroom has an en-suite bathroom with a shower and bath tub, TV, a safe and a desk. The second bedroom also has a gorgeous balcony and a super king-sized double bed an en-suite shower and TV. Sumptuous fresh bed linen and plenty of towels are provided.
