OVERVIEW
Villa Grigio is a luxury villa with pool in northern Istria, located near the famous hilltop town of Groznjan. The large property sits in pleasant gardens enclosed by a stone wall. Villa Grigio is separated into two wings, sleeping a total of fourteen people in seven bedrooms.
Groznjan is a small cultural centre and home to a music academy during the summer. The region as a whole is famous for its truffles and the landscape is generally unspoiled and rich in heritage.
Villa Grigio is a popular wedding venue and can cater for weddings with up to 80 guests.
Accommodation
WING A
Wing A, the main part of the house, has a modern fully equipped kitchen with refrigerator, freezer, dishwasher, oven, microwave, hob, coffee maker, ice maker, utensils and glassware. There is a dining area with table and chairs for ten people and a tastefully decorated living area with sofas and satellite TV. The villa also has Wifi. There are five bedrooms, each with a modern bathroom. One bedroom is on the ground floor with two single beds, one sofa bed/Futon and an en-suite shower room. A particular feature of the bedrooms is the beautiful wooden floors. On the first floor are two bedrooms, each with an extra large double bed and one with an attractive exposed stone wall. Both are en-suite, one with a shower, one with a bath tub. The second floor also has two en-suite bedrooms with extra large double beds. Both are en-suite, one with shower, one with bath tub. Many of the bedrooms enjoy lovely views over the pool, terrace and surrounding area. Towels and bedlinen are included in the price.
WING B
Wing B also has a fully equipped kitchen with refrigerator, freezer, dishwasher, oven, microwave, hob, coffee maker, ice maker, utensils and glassware. There is a dining area with table and chairs for four people and a living area with satellite TV. There are two spacious bedrooms. One bedroom has two single beds and one sofa bed/Futon. The other bedroom has an extra large double bed and a sofa bed/Futon. The two bedrooms share a large family bathroom with a Jacuzzi bath tub with shower, wc and bidet. All the bathrooms in Villa Grigio have underfloor heating. An iron and ironing board are available and also a high chair for a baby. The price includes bathroom towels and bed linen.
Outside
Outside there is a spacious terrace where the pool for adults and a smaller protected pool especially for children are located. There is an abundance of garden chairs and deck chairs and a barbeque. Wing B has its own covered terrace with dining table and chairs. The property is accessed through a gate and there is private parking for six cars.
