Day trips will take you to the hilltop towns of Motovun, Groznjan, Momiano and Oprtalj (Portole). Words cannot describe the feeling of magic and wellbeing when you walk along the ancient walls of these medieval villages and their cobbled streets with cafes, bars and eateries at every corner. Visit wineries and olive oil farms, enjoy the famous Istrian steak with mounds of local truffles, the freshly caught fish and the healthy Mediterranean diet of fruit, vegetables and delicious wines. All this will cost a little more than a family trip to a Pizza restaurant in the UK.

The sheer space of 426 square metres and the grandeur of the marble hallway with chandeliers and a bespoke spiral staircase show that villa Fellini is a great choice for the discerning traveller. Luxury toiletries, sumptuous bed linen and towels, designer Italian furniture, and comfortable beds are provided. Daily maid service is included and a full clean mid week can be provided at extra cost. The villa provides eight bikes on request and wide choice of outdoor activities are available. The owner even provides you with free tickets to the Lanterna beach resort. ACCOMMODATION

Ground floor

A bright and welcoming marble hallway leads to the open plan sitting room, dining area and modern kitchen, a double bedroom with shower, the guest cloakroom and the laundry room. The whole ground floor is covered in marble and top quality parquet. The modern kitchen is equipped with a fridge/freezer, dishwasher, cooker, hob, microwave, kettle, toaster, wine cooler, espresso coffee machine, kitchenware and tableware. 

The light, relaxing downstairs double bedroom has a super king size double bed, quality flower curtains and a door accessing the pool terrace directly. This bedroom has a large ensuite shower room.

The laundry room provides a washing machine, iron and ironing board.

First floor

Glide like a Hollywood star up the wrought iron and marble staircase to the first floor with four wonderful bedrooms and three bathrooms. Three bedrooms have access to the beautiful first floor terrace where you can enjoy the country and sea views and magic sunsets. The bedrooms have king size double beds and lovely bed linen. The main bedroom has a walk in wardrobe and a stunning bathroom with a whole marble wall, a porcelain bath tub and a separate, spacious shower. The Italian bathroom marble furniture adds a touch of art deco to this palatial villa. Two bedrooms are sharing a bathroom.

The fourth air-conditioned bedroom has its own private balcony. The bed is super-king size, with crisp white bed linen. The wonderful shower with plenty of towels is pure luxury. Here is your own little private haven where you can truly relax in peace.

OUTSIDE

The private garden is bordered with a green hedge, covered with lawn, palms, an old olive tree, scented herbs and potted evergreens.  The swimming pool measures 9 by 5 metres, surrounded by a large sunbathing terrace with six excellent double sun beds, additional outdoor sofas and basket chair and a pool shower. Pool towels are provided. Spend lazy hours splashing in your private pool, soaking up the sun and barbecuing the succulent Istrian steak. Get some shade under the large tented canopy where there is a 12 seater table for al fresco dining. There is plenty of parking space in the villa grounds.
