OVERVIEW
This luxury, private villa with pool shares a magical spot with 16 award winning private villas of equal quality and style. It is located in the romantic Istrian countryside just 7km (4 miles) from the superb coastal town of Porec and 21 local beaches, which are sandy, pebbly or stone paved. The beaches often offer sun loungers and parasols to rent and have beach bars, cafes and restaurants. The sea quality is of Blue Flag standard. In and around Porec there are many things to do and see for people of all ages and tastes. If you want culture, gourmet food and wine, many outdoor activities, child friendly places, aqua parks, dinosaur park, horse riding, nightlife, countryside, beaches, hilltop towns and ancient history - you got it! Don't miss the Euphrasian Basilica with 5th century mosaics and frescoes in Porec, a UNESCO world heritage site. The colourful caves Baredine and Mramornica will enchant the whole family. A great day trip is to Aqua park Istralandia only 13 kilometres away. Spend a day golfing at the local golf course near Umag, with its fashionable Golf Club. All summer round you can participate in Poreč's Open Air Festival with music, outdoor plays, performances, dancing, fishermen's nights and much more.
The villa is spacious, covering 335 square metres of living space which includes 4 ensuite bedrooms with bathrooms and balconies, and a private garden of 676 square meters. It was built in 2017. The owners have arranged for you the free use of the sandy Val Adria Family Beach which has a gently sloping sandy entrance to the sea. There is an inflatable water park on the beach and a beach bar serving drinks and snacks.
ACCOMMODATION
Ground floor
The ground floor has a fantastic, oak floored sitting room with plush pale green sofas, extra chairs, elegant marble top coffee table, and glass cabinets full of stylish glassware, a thick rug and a chandelier. A smart, matching dining table can sit 8 people. The kitchen is modern and very elegant, made in a combination of wood and marble tops, equipped with a fridge/freezer, oven, hob, dishwasher, toaster, espresso coffeemaker, kettle and lovely china and glassware plus cooking utensils. On the ground floor are the laundry room, guest toilet and two double bedrooms with their own bathrooms. The bedrooms have super-king size double beds (180 x200cm) and direct access to the brick-tiled garden patio and pool.
First floor
There are two more double bedrooms on the first floor. Each bedroom has its own shower room, a super-king size double bed (180x200cm) and direct access to a balcony with sea view. All bed linen and towels are included.
OUTSIDE
The focus of the fenced garden is the 9x4 metres private swimming pool with 8 sunbeds and a large parasol. You will enjoy the lovely covered area with barbecue and outdoor dining table. Pool towels are provided and the pool is open from May to November. There is even space to play badminton!
