OVERVIEW
Perfect for many outdoor activities with family and friends, be it cycling, sailing, swimming hiking, biking, water sports, riding, golf, exploring caves or visiting aqua parks. The local food is simply fantastic, based on the best olive oil, delicious wine, and freshly caught fish, salads, fruit, vegetables, home-made pasta and truffles. Eat healthily and luxuriously at the same time. Adults and kids will appreciate the wealth of culture and history. Here were Illyrians, Romans, Franks, Venetians, and the Habsburgs. Their legacy is in the fantastic antiquities and architecture, Mediterranean food and fairy tales. In the summer there is the Poreč Open Air Festival with music, outdoor plays, performances, dancing, fishermen's nights and lots of fun for kids and grown-ups. The beaches are Blue Flag rated, often providing sunbeds and parasols, cafes and snack bars. There is a choice of several restaurants within 400 to 600 metres from the villa.
This luxury holiday home in leafy Istria comprises 335 square metres of living room which includes 4 ensuite bedrooms with bathrooms and balconies, and a private garden of 676 square meters. There is WiFi and air-conditioning throughout, as well as underfloor heating. The villa was built in 2017. The owners have arranged for you the free use of the Lanterna Beach Resort which has a gently sloping, sandy entrance to the sea, very suitable for children. There is a fun inflatable water park on the beach, much appreciated by kids and a beach bar serving drinks and snacks.
ACCOMMODATION
Ground floor
The impressive entrance hall leads to an open plan space occupied by an oak floored sitting room with two comfortable, cream sofas, extra armchairs, elegant mirrors and a satellite TV framed by a bespoke wall mounted shelf. Plush curtains, rugs and chandeliers are in keeping with the quiet elegance of this room. A long, oval dining table can sit 8 people. The kitchen is modern and very well equipped with a fridge/freezer, oven, hob, dishwasher, toaster, espresso coffeemaker, kettle and lovely china, glassware and cooking utensils. On the ground floor are the laundry room, guest toilet and two double bedrooms with their own bathrooms, one of which has a shower cubicle and bath tub. The bedrooms have a super-king size double bed (180 x200cm) and direct access to the brick-tiled garden patio and pool.
First floor
There are two more double bedrooms on the first floor. Each bedroom has its own shower room, or shower and bath tub, a super-king size double bed (180x200cm) and direct access to a balcony with sea view. All bed linen and towels are included.
OUTSIDE
The private garden is fully fenced and has an 8 x 4 metres private swimming pool surrounded by a sunbathing terrace with 8 sunbeds and a large parasol. A shaded spot was created for the barbecue and the outdoor dining table for 8 people. Pool towels are provided and the pool is open from May to November.
