OVERVIEW
Charming Villa Zossi is a 2-bedroom pool villa which sleeps up to 8 guests. The villa is located in the heart of picturesque Ližnjan, a charming coastal village at the very tip of the Istrian peninsula, on a hilly part of a large, sheltered bay. Fishing boats still moor in the small harbour, sharing a large village beach with the swimmers and holiday-makers. Here you will find simple beach bars, cafes and water pontoons with slides for children to enjoy. The village boasts three good restaurants, cafes, several grocery shops and mini-markets, a bakery, butcher, fish market, bank and post office. The wonderful location of this family holiday home puts you in reach of water sports, horseriding, boating, an adrenaline park, children’s playground, water slides, kids submarine (all 2km away in the village of (Medulin). Medulin also has a one mile long sandy beach, about 3km away. In addition, we recommend a short boat trip to a lovely sandy island called Levan. A visit to the region’s main town of Pula is a must. Here you can soak up the legacy of 2000 years of Pula’s history, with its authentic second-century Roman amphitheatre, Roman forum - now a bustling hub of cafes and shops - and a large fresh market. There is excellent shopping, lovely beaches, live music concerts and many exceptional restaurants. There is also very good public transport.
Family Villa Zossi is a semi-detached villa built in 1970 and fully renovated in 2015. This spacious, comfortable and airy home has air conditioning and wireless internet. It is suitable for families with children and for young people looking for a lively holiday. There are two private parking spaces and a baby cot is available on request.
ACCOMMODATION
Ground floor
The ground floor comprises a living room with a dining area, a fully equipped kitchen and a family bathroom with a shower. The living room is furnished with a sofa bed which can comfortably sleep 2 people. The kitchen is equipped with an electric cooker, hob, microwave, fridge-freezer, dishwasher, toaster, coffee maker, cutlery and crockery. The dining table seats 8 guests.
First floor (2 bedrooms, three double beds in total)
Access to the two bedrooms is by outside staircase to the first floor. These comfortable bedrooms share a large shower room. (In addition to the second bathroom on the ground floor.) Whilst one bedroom has a queen double bed (160cm by 200cm), the second bedroom has two double beds (160cm by 200cm), and can sleep up to 4 people. In this bedroom the two double beds are separated by a stylish wooden screen.
OUTSIDE
Outside, the large private garden offers a tranquil space to unwind. Guests can enjoy a refreshing dip in the pool, relax on the sun loungers, or prepare meals on the barbeque.
