Overview
This charming, traditional three storey Croatian villa rent is located just on the outskirts of Pula and benefits from close proximity to the city centre as well as being surrounded by countryside. It is ideal for exploring the rich Roman history of Pula or as a great retreat away from the hustle and bustle of urban life.
Accommodation
Villa Aero is a colourful Istrian cottage, partial air-conditioned (3 units), which can sleep up to eight people. It is beautifully furnished with ornate tiled flooring and has rustic croatian charm.
Ground floor
The ground floor has a living room with comfortable seating and a sofa-bed, which can sleep one person. The stone tiled kitchen is modern and fully equipped with stove, oven, fridge, freezer, kettle and toaster. Separate toilet.
First floor
On the first floor there are two bedrooms, a double and a twin bedroom, and one bathroom with shower. The double bedroom also has access to a large balcony with outside seating and panoramic views of the surrounding countryside.
Top floor
On the top floor there is a bedroom with a double bed and single day-bed. There is also an ensuite bathroom which has a bath tub with bath/shower mixer taps.
Outside
Outside there is a 1200 square metre garden. There is a beautiful stone paved pathway leading to the property towards the terrace. On the terrace there is a shaded dining area with a stone barbecue. In the centre of the garden there is an elongated 10 metre by 5 metre pool surround by sun-loungers with an outdoor shower. An ideal place to relax in the Mediterranean climate. There is private off street parking for two cars.
