Overview
This is a wonderful, comfortable and spacious country villa with a large pool, set in huge private gardens bursting with flowers, olive trees and a meadow where you can kick a ball freely. You are only a ten minute drive to a quiet beach. The villa is completely private and secluded in lush countryside and yet only ten minutes' walk to the village centre with shops, cafes and one of the best restaurants in the region. The villa has a wheelchair ramp up to the front door and there is a bedroom with spacious ensuite bathroom on the ground floor, ideal for guests with restricted mobility, and a real paradise for children, teenagers and adults.
Five kilometres away is the major regional town of Pula, a place rich in beaches, nightlife and history with an assortment of bars and places to dine out, as well as the famous 2000 year old Roman amphitheatre - a must see!.
Accommodation
This 300 square metre villa can sleep up to ten people in five comfortable bedrooms, with ensuite bathrooms, and each is tastefully furnished in Istrian farmhouse style with beautiful wooden oak flooring. There are plenty of entertainment facilities such as table tennis, volleyball, table football, pool table, children's garden toys - a veritable playground. Adults will enjoy the sauna and Jacuzzi. The front entrance to the villa is on the upper ground floor. On this level there is a large open-plan living, dining and kitchen area. The living room has three cream sofas, a marble top coffee table, DVD player, WiFi and satellite TV and opens out onto a dining terrace with fabulous views across open countryside. The country kitchen is fully equipped with an oven, hob, fridge freezer, microwave, toaster, coffee machine, dishwasher, excellent cooking utensils and tableware. Also on the upper ground floor is a twin bedroom with ensuite shower room and a large family bathroom with a whirlpool bath and a sauna.
On the first floor there are two double rooms and a twin bedroom with ensuite bathrooms and a further twin bedroom. Each of the bedrooms has large oak cupboards and windows with beautiful countryside views. There is also a large covered balcony on the top floor with seating, fitness equipment and games such as table football and a pool table. The villa has five bathrooms, four of the bathrooms have showers and the fifth has a shower, sauna and a corner bath with massage jets. Bed linen and bathroom towels are provided.
Outside
Outside is a spacious garden with a large swimming pool. Sun loungers are provided. In the garden there is a children's play area with swing and seesaw, a lawn with volleyball, a trampoline and a table tennis table. There is also a terrace dining area with a large open-air barbecue, great for outdoor cooking and socialising. Parking is provided within the grounds for 2 or more cars.
