OVERVIEW
Green Oak Farmhouse is a luxury Pula family villa with pool, sleeping six people in a quiet part of the town. This modern villa is surrounded by a gorgeous garden and has plenty of space inside and out. It is also close to the vibrant town of Pula, the 2000 years old Roman town with its authentic second century Roman amphitheatre where now you can go to concerts and see gladiator plays. There is a large square Roman forum with the temple of Augustus and smart cafes, bars, galleries and shops. The convenient location of this family holiday home with pool enables you to do all types of outdoor activities such as walking, hiking, cycling, riding, water sports, boating, adrenalin park and for the adventurous kids we recommend a day trip to Istralandia, the massive aquapark with rides and water slides (1 hour drive).
Family villa Green Oak Farmhouse with pool is a semi-detached, modern villa built in 2019 stretching on a large plot of 1660 square metres. It is fully modern, with aircon and WiFi and Swedish style furniture.
ACCOMMODATION
This lovely Pula holiday home for rent has its separate access and is very private, with the garden being enclosed with a fence. The villa is arranged on two floors.
Ground floor
Several steps lead you to the open plan living room, where the sitting and dining area flow into the modern kitchen. Downstairs has a separate toilet. From the living room you have a direct access to the covered terrace with outdoor dining table and chairs with a beautiful view of the private pool and the oaks.
The pleasant sitting room with cream tiles has a large L shaped sofa and additional chairs positioned in front of the TV set. There is a dining table seating six people. In the kitchen, you have a fridge/freezer, oven, hob, dish washer, microwave, toaster, coffee maker, electric kettle, kitchen utensils and pretty dinnerware.
First floor
On the first floor this house has three double bedrooms, each with satellite TV, wood parquet flooring, a desk and air conditioning. The beds are all king size 180 by 200 cm. Each bathroom is provided with towels, and there is also a hair drier.
The main bedroom has and en-site corner bath and also a shower. The second bathroom has a shower and very nice tiles.
OUTSIDE
The villa’s pride and joy is its lovely large garden with an infinity pool which is 10 x 5 metres and 1.35 metres deep. Around the pool are parasols and sun loungers plus the outdoor shower. The private outdoor terrace has 30 square metres area and a dining table. There is also an outdoor sink for washing up.
