OVERVIEW
Villa Vincero is a beautifully designed modern villa with plenty of outdoor spaces for relaxing. The villa is in a peaceful location near Svetvincenat and within easy driving distance of nearby amenities.
Villa Vincero is situated next to Villa Maxy. Rented together both villas provide space for up to 20 people, ideal for family and friends travelling together.
Accommodation
On the ground floor is an open plan living space, consisting of the kitchen, dining area and living room, and tiled throughout with stone coloured tiles. The kitchen is light and spacious and is fully equipped with oven, hood, fridge, freezer, dishwasher, washing machine and dryer, microwave, kettle, toaster and all necessary cutlery and glassware. The living area has large comfortable sofas and a door leading out to the terrace. The dining area has a large wooden table seating up to 10 people. The villa also has a gym and games room, with multi-gym machine, cross-trainer, table tennis table and pool table. One of the four bedrooms is on the ground floor and has a double bed and en-suite bathroom. There is also a separate bathroom with shower.
First floor
On the first floor are three more double bedrooms with en-suite bathrooms, all are light, spacious and decorated in summery colours. One of the bedrooms has a delightful balcony overlooking the pool with a sea view. Plenty of towels are provided in the bathrooms.
Outside
The beautiful outdoor spaces are perfect for relaxing with plenty of sun loungers and pool side furniture. There is a 36 square metre terrace adjacent to the pool and an outdoor fireplace/grill, perfect for preparing meals. Additionally there is a poolside play area for children to enjoy and a covered outdoor al fresco dining area with plenty of seating.
