OVERVIEW
The exclusive, beautiful, private, exceptional and luxurious Villa Desiree is a dream holiday home for twelve to fourteen people who are in for an amazing treat. The massive space of 500 square metres is the last word in luxury living. The immense, fenced private garden has an all year round heated pool, outdoor jacuzzi and tennis court which also doubles up as a basketball and football court. Inside there is a games room with pool table and table football, a fitness room and a sauna. The expensive build of this exclusive, luxury Croatia villa includes local stone and oak, Italian floor and bathroom tiles, underfloor heating and designer furnishings. Aircon and wireless internet throughout. There is a level access from the parking area and a ground floor ensuite bedroom suitable for people with restricted mobility but not designed for wheelchair use.
The villa is located in peaceful, lush green Istrian countryside, within easy reach of the magnificent old towns of Pula and Rovinj, the national park Brioni, the beautiful inland hilltop towns of Motovun, Groznjan and Oprtalj, aqua parks, famous restaurants and beaches.
ACCOMMODATION
Ground floor
The living room is made light by many large glass windows and sliding doors. There is plenty of seating on the huge, white, designer leather sofa, which curves around the coffee table below a porthole window, making you think you are in an elegant salon of a sailing ship. On the wall in front of the sofa is a flat screen TV and an open fireplace.
The modern kitchen is equipped with two fridges, freezer, two ovens, induction hob, dishwasher, microwave oven, kettle, toaster, coffee maker, elegant tableware and all cooking utensils. The dining table comfortably seats fourteen people.
The sport complex comprises a fitness room with a multi-gym, weights, bench and a sauna. The games room has an 8' pool table, electronic darts and table football, all opening out onto the fabulous garden and swimming pool.
In addition, one double bedroom is also on the ground floor. It has a superking size double bed, ensuite bathroom with a bath tub and shower, double basins, and opens out onto the terrace. The second downstairs bathroom contains a washing machine and a tumble dryer.
First floor
The first floor comprises four luxurious, individually cooled double or triple bedrooms and bathrooms, and a huge balcony/terrace with great views of the countryside and the sea, where guests can relax on the sumptuous outdoor sofas.
Bedroom two has a double bed and ensuite bathroom, with smart glass window, shower, bathtub, toilet and twin sinks, and a west-facing terrace with uninterrupted views to the sea and a large sofa bed for 2 persons.
Bedroom three has a double and a single bed, ensuite bathroom with shower, toilet and twin sinks, a north-facing french balcony with uninterrupted views to the pool and the villa's sport courts.
Bedroom four has a double bed, a single bed, ensuite bathroom with smart glass window, shower, bathtub, toilet and twin sinks, and a west-facing terrace with an uninterrupted view to the sea.
Bedroom five has a double bed, ensuite bathroom with shower, bathtub, toilet and twin sinks, and a south-facing french balcony with an uninterrupted view to the village
OUTSIDE
Whilst the house is stunning, its garden is equally impressive and will make your Croatian villa holiday really special. The large, heated, private, outdoor swimming pool self adjusts for temperature depending on the daily weather. There are fourteen sun loungers, parasols, an outdoor whirlpool for six people and an outdoor shower and toilet.
The private, hard surface tennis court can also be used as a basketball court and football court. Then there is a private mini golf with nine holes. Parking is for six cars.
For socialising and entertaining, there is a gazebo which houses a fully equipped, covered, outdoor kitchen and dining terrace with a barbecue. All this is wrapped up in Mediterranean vegetation with olive and palm trees and scented herbs. Pure bliss!
