OVERVIEW
Clean, modern lines, pared down luxury, sandy beach a few metres away, a quiet village with a few restaurants and wonderful beaches - this is how we can describe your holiday experience on the island of Cres, in the luxury private villa Cressida. The villa was built in 2019 and has a brilliant location, 10 metres from the part sandy part pebble beach, being in the first row to the sea. Spacious 250 metres of living space, and 1000 square metres of walled garden ensure that you enjoy comfort and privacy. It is fully air conditioned, and has free WiFi. There are four attractive bedrooms each with a double bed and excellent bed linen. All bedrooms have spacious and sparkling ensuite showers. Top floor bedrooms have balconies. All bedrooms have a sitting area, and the master bedroom also has a sofa. Plenty of fluffy towels, a baby cot and four hair dryers are provided.
The villa is reached by fifty steps which lead to the pool terrace and the main entrance of the house. At the bottom tier of the villa grounds is a carport for 3 cars.
ACCOMMODATION
Ground floor: living area, one double bedroom, laundry
Ground floor comprises a large, bright open plan living room including the sitting area, kitchen and dining table. The kitchen is fully equipped with a dishwasher, cooker and hob, fridge/freezer, microwave, kettle, toaster, coffee machine, cooking utensils and tableware. The modern dining table can sit 8 - 10 people. In the laundry room you will find a washing machine, tumble dryer, iron and ironing board. There is also a double bedroom with ensuite shower room on the ground floor. This bedroom has direct access to the pool terrace.
Mezzanine
A second bedroom is found on the mezzanine level, with a double bed, ensuite shower room and a balcony.
First floor
On the first floor there are two beautiful double bedrooms, each with its shower ensuite and balconies with panoramic sea views. Sun loungers on the balconies are inviting you to soak up the sun and the sea view in peace!
OUTSIDE
The villa has a lovely pool terrace stretching along the whole front of the house. Plant pots add colour and freshness, containing Mediterranean trees such as lemons and palms. There is a heated pool 4 x 7.5 metres and 1.5 metres deep. There are eight sun loungers, a sofa and armchairs with pool towels provided. The garden includes a children's play area and an outdoor fitness/gym. The villa has a shaded outdoor dining area with a barbecue.
